I thought Arteta and Rosicky were superb and the defence looked reasonably secure.
RvP looks a bit jaded, but I don't suppose we've much of an alternative.
Song though, despite the fact that for the first 25 mins we totally contolled the match, managed to give the ball away on the halfway line 3 times when under no pressure, completely exposing the defence. He also continually delays giving the obviously pass, thereby putting himself and/or the receiving player under pressure. He also lost Balotelli at a corner and put in a comedy miskick for good measure. I know he does some good things but you can't play a possession game, or inject any pace with sheep's-head Song in the team.
Overall though a great performance and it's nice to know that 430 million on transfer fees doesn't buy you the League.
Looking for somewhere capturing the whole stadium doing it. Great laugh yesterday and at times it felt like a proper home game should: intimidating and relentless. And a little bit nasty? Par-ticip-a-tion.
On the pitch, TR7 was snapping away all game and even Song got into 'em for a bit before he, ahm, relapsed. Gotta give that reefer up son. It was up the other end but didn't we have a massive penalty shout on RVP? Gibbs might turn out ok in the end and he's been promising recently, but in a game against the Mercenaries, it took bringing on the cnuty Santos to create the ultimate mayhem. I don't think even he knows what he'll do next or where he's meant to be playing. Or who he's playing for. Balotelli couldn't cope with having someone just as mental as him on the pitch. And shots on goal work. They work good.

Only the Motd clip. Is about and it's not great with those two old farts standing in the normal way.....
And it's a shame the BBC didn't show that wonderful Petite Pute banner!
Also nice how MotD managed to make it look like City were on top for most of the game - I'm surprised they didn't superimpose a shot on target for them
I thought this too, when I got in my girlfriend's dad asked me how the game was, I said we were all over them. We watched MOTD together and he said 'I thought you were all over them'

do we really need anymore proof?
lose to Wolves, and he will be back on here, spouting about Wenger's 6m, and all the average jo's on 75k a week, he sounds like some one who is on state benefits and living in a bedsit, begrudging anyone who has a good lifestyle
