WOLVES GAME THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I think Wolves will fight and scrap for everything but our quality will be a little too much for them. Bare in mind though, we drew 1-1 with this lot over Xmas in an absolute battering, plus Roger Johnson will be playing.

Wolves 1 Arsenal 5
With a Goetze hat-trick ? :D :barscarf:

Highly unlikely as he hasn't signed yet

But .....mock away Stevey baby :cussing:

Just want a quick goal to settle the nerves.

Wolves can't afford to park the bus, they need to win games if they want to stay up

The outcome of this one will tell us if the lessons of QPR were taken on board. We've had no problem geeing ourselves up for City, Liverpool, Spurs, Newcastle and Everton, but all of a sudden at QPR we became complacent. Wolves are being cut adrift and it would be all too easy to show up and think we just need to tippy tappy it around them and that the goals will come. If RvP is still looking jaded then we know it will still be a hard fought game. We need to show the same intensity we had yesterday and make sure the fans starting getting on their backs in the first half

The QPR defeat in my opinion was mainly due to the wrong attitude and arrogance creeping into the game of some, most notably Song. The Molineux pitch is massive compared to Loftus Road and the atmosphere much less intimidating meaning this should be a totally different performance and type of game!

But here is the best bit, presume that the Spuds win today then we beat Wolves, Wigan and Chavski then before the Spuds KO at 17:30 away to QPR we will be 8 points in front although we have played 2 games more. Now that i would like to see :barscarf: :barscarf:[/quote

Would prefer to see the spuds lose today
That'll do to start

I decided to grant your wish and make the spuds lose :barscarf: :barscarf: So it could be 11 points before they play next in the league............. SWEET

*cough* Babatunde *cough*

He has had some average games but the key is that average is as bad as it gets with him. A proper premier league player, take a bow son :barscarf:
Have to admit, I also gave him a bit of stick, but has proved me wrong, the model pro, hats off to him. Still should not hide the fact that he couldn't lace Cesc's boots.
Arteta and Fabregas are two different players.

Kos is out for THREE games... :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: which means we're going to have to endure the
nightmare accident waiting to happen djourou at CB against:

Wolves (a)
Wigan (h)
Chavscum (h)

If wenger is going to get shot of Mert please let him get shot of djourou as well. :banghead:

Why 3 games when the 10th Yellow = a 2 game ban ????

    He's (djourou) the kind of useless spasmo who could cost us games - and so third.
I find this word to be offensive and believe it should be removed

My worry for this game is that Wenger is going to rest players :cussing:

I guarantee that he'll be resting Oxlade-Chamberlain.

I mean he'll be suffering from burnout if he gets another five minutes. Best drop Benayoun and bring Ramsey or Gervinho back in to start again.

Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
