Season ticket renewals

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Season ticket renewals

Post by mike_stefan »

This is my first season as a ST holder so can someone help... do they get renewed automatically? Does the club send you something through the post? When I was offered a ticket I think all I got was an email and these emails are very easy to miss, especially when you have 10000 plus unread emails in your inbox... :barscarf:

Normally an email reminder or there'll be a reminder on the website asking ST Holders to renew by a certain date

If they don't receive your money, you can be assured that they'll be letting you know by every means possible

I think the normal renewal process is to listen to Ivan the Chump talk about the upcoming "busy transfer window" and to Arsene saying he will look to add some "super quality". You then send your money in excited anticipation of the new season only to watch last season's best player leave 2 days before the window closes for half his market value, before signing a non-scoring no-mark from the depths of Ligue 1.

I'm not sure if thats the agreed process this year but it seems to have been fairly consistent for a few seasons now

You can be assured that between now & ST renewal day we will almost certainly be signing Mario Goetze, Karim Benzema, Edinson Cavani and maybe, if Dick Law works hard enough, Lionel Messi.

Of course this year we have the excitement of seeing Denilson, Vela & Bendtner being unveiled as like new signings and concluding our summer transfer business other than collecting some cash for RVP and probably Theo.

We can also of course look forward to the return of Diaby which is like signing a £20m midfielder.

Sammy's mate down the pub says that one is already in the bag.....so I hope it doesn't end there!

With Messi, we'll probably hear that Arsene invited him to a trial at London Colney but he was too busy, whilst the others on your list would be killing off Park, Chamakh, Afobe and Joel Campbell

The podolski rumours have been leaked so it's probably a couple of weeks before Ivan comes round and bends you over and takes your money......
