Manager of the Year
Manager of the Year
Now we all know that Sir Rednose is probably going to walk away with the award but who would you like to see win it?
Both Lambert and Rodgers deserve a huge amount of credit getting Norwich and Swansea to decent mid-table positions and the football Swansea play is a pleasure to watch and a very welcome addition to the PL.
Moyes is doing his usual understated job - above Liverpool and still in with a shout of the FA Cup despite having lost Arteta and having spent virtually fuck all again
O'Neill has clearly transformed Sunderland in a short space of time
However, much as I hate the bloke on a personal level, Alan Pardew has to be the main contender for me unless there is an absolute meltdown in the last six games. To be level on points with the freespending Chavs after 32 games be 3 points off the CL places is nothing short of miraculous especially given the adverse reaction he faced from 99% of the fans when he arrived there and selling Carroll, Nolan and Barton. The signings he's made with the money available - Ba, Cisse, Ben Arfa - have been brilliant value and they probably have one of the most dangerous attacks in the League.
So as things stand, I would say Pardew is the man

Pardew can fuck right off, not going to acknowledge anything that hideous man does.
Rodgers for me, although I think Swansea will get found out next year sadly.

SAF sadly. I mean, that team really is full of shit players if you look at them individually. I dare to say, if he was manager of our players, we would run away with this league. And forget about it if he was in control of the blue half of manchester.

Rodgers will probably win it and I think lambert has done a great job too but invariably it is the 2nd season where all these teams get found out and plummet like a rock

Personally I think moyes doesnt earn anywhere near enough credit for the job he does at everton - spending the square root of f**k all and constantly losing your best players but still finishing every season in the top 10 is no mean feat. If ever there is a manager that has earned the right for a shot as manager of a big club it is moyes and I would like him to get that chance with us starting this summer

For me the best manager is the one who has the least resources and keeps his team in the league

Lambert - to take Norwich up in consecutive seasons and not only survive in the prem but to be mid table and comfortable with 5 games left is nothing short of a miracle.
Biggest fuck up has to be Dalgliesh, although they could still end up with 2 pots

Re: Manager of the Year
Has to be Fergie. No other manager would have won the title with this Utd team. Its the worse Utd team during his reign.Remember they lost 6-1 at home to their title rivals and have still pissed the league.
honourable mentions to Moyes(as usual) Rodgers Lambert and Pardew
Worse:Dalglish and McLeish
