As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

The Gunners are also thought to be interested in Valencia defender Adil Rami, who is also allegedly wanted by AC Milan.

Eriksen won't leave this summer. He's not ready yet and btw I can't see us selling maybe the three most important players at once.
At least I hope so

Unlike like the twitchers trial, this argument won't stand up in court
If this dickhead is given a new contract then I would absolutely refuse to renew my season tickets nor attend any more games until he has gone Really and truly we have some out and out morons running our club - a good 6 weeks is now by some miracle able to wipe out the memory of a disgraceful 3 months of the season like it never even happened When you pop your clogs hill-wood you senile old c**t, I hope that the link your family had with this club dies with you - your chairmanship has been a disgrace on the good name of your father and grandfather before him
Btw where is the confirmation on the podolski signing that was to be released this week ? It is not possible that this is another red herring released just before ticket renewal time is it ?

Why is anyone even remotely surprised at the news that Wenger will be given a contract extension. Even in the so called 'dark days' at the start of this season, when posters were on here wondering if he'd see the season out and lining up the Summer's replacement, I maintained throughout that the club would give him a contract extension. If we missed out on the top four it would be dismissed as a 'one-off' transitional period and they would still bask in the glory of the past umpteen seasons "top four trophy", whilst if he did manage to qualify this season he would be afforded hero status and further prove that the Wenger way is the best way
The guy will sign an extension till 2016/17.
Kroenke, Gazidis and Hill-Wood have neither the know-how, balls or the intention to replace him. They wouldn't know where to begin. They have handed virtually all of the power of running the club over to Wenger and are in so deep, and are so talentless in their own right, that they are locked into the Wenger strategy.
On the plus side.......we can expect some cracking posts from Red Member on the back of this 'great news'
