Gooner Podcast now on iTunes (19/6)

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I personally liked it a lot. The discussion was very fluid and i loved the ads for our sponsers, too. It was great overall.
Great job, when will the next one comes out?

The next one is scheduled to be out towards the end of July and then approximately monthly throughout the season. I'm afraid we can't produce one every week like Arseblogger!

All feedback on the first one welcomed and we'd be interested to hear if you have any suggestions for future editions.

Just wanted to know, are all the "distinguished gooner contributors" (AKA the fans that are discussing on the podcast) writing on this forum? if so or if not, what are their usernames here?

i've a vague memory that marc ollington may have registered, although he's by no means a frequent contributor. don sebastiano hasn't and all the spy does is occasionally pop in to have a read without registering. the gooner has many arms - printed issue, website, forum and now podcast. no-one has time to spread themselves across the lot. once the podcast has been recorded a few times, we will look to get some of the hardcore forum regulars involved, for a bit of variety.

A little request regarding the next podcast. Please be optimistic and try giving us hope that the next season will be good.

I'll try and be obtimistic. It's a bit hard when we've sold Henry, we might still sell Fabregas and Gallas is whinging on about how he might go. And in return we've signed a striker who could be good, but is untested playing in a 'proper league'. And if you add into the mix that loads of other clubs have been spending very big then I can't help but be worried.

I'll do my best not to just whinge and moan. Promise.

Marc
