Grow a pair mate. We'll fuck the chavs up on Saturday.nexum5me wrote:so chelsea will come to us on a total high after beating the "best club side on the world", and full of confidence. plus our number one nemesis drogba is hitting form. whilst we've just lost at home to wigan.
i think our only hope is if they don't even bring drogba (as he's gonna be so important to them in barcelona), and rest mata as well.
i just really don't see us getting anythingin actual fact looking at the games we've got left i can't see us beating anyone at all (unless norwich really can't be arsed)

Well said mate and exactly how i feel about Barca i started a thread on it a couple of weeks ago and got roundly slatedsafcftm wrote:Yep pretty much this- two boring as fuck sides (albeit different styles of boring, but still shit to watch), Chelsea just looking to break up play as often (especially Drogba), Barca doing their usual tippy tappy shite thats getting incredibly boring to watch. Re: Chavs v Whores
not Cesc´s best performance

Re: Chavs v Whores
Cesc should be less dejected than his bum-chums seeing as he's spent a career getting used to 70% possession, endless sideways passing, barely registering a shot on goal during the second half, spurning countless 1-on-1's in the first half, choking on the big stage and ending up with fuck all in the cabinet at the end of the year.
Chelsea will score in the Nou Camp and Barca will be out. Everyone who refers to our shambolic surrender over there needs to understand the key difference here, namely that Chelsea will not travel out there and attempt to be the English version of Barcelona. The performance they gave last night is the sort of performance that we will never see the Self Harmer produce for us i.e. comfortable to see 30% or less of the ball, but ultimately to use it wisely and more importantly not to be fearful of using a blunt instrument like Drogba to win free kicks and rough up their CBs. No, we'll stick to our "we'll outpass everybody" tactic and wonder why we end up with sod all again
Any slight hope Barca had of winning my affections disappeared down the drain last night after that shambles. I hope Madrid fuck them over in La Liga now and they end up with nothing.

Do not under any circumstances want to see moaninho win even 1 trophy with madrid so dont want them to fcuk barca up and I would go further and say that barca will need the added confidence of beating madrid if they are to overturn last nights game cos if they dont win sat night then their confidence will be low v the chavs.
Over here I am in the minority cos most reckon that last night was a good result for barca and that they will destroy the chavs out there but I am not so sure - the chavs will live for set pieces where their physical height and strength advantage could be a deciding factor

Barca are out. Chelsea will score and they won't get 3. Chelsea have all the momentum, still have top class players rested and fresh for Saturday, and will beat us. Arsene's bottlers are on the verge of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory in April once more
No Wilshere, no Arteta, no strikers to rotate with RvP, no chance
Couldn't give a shit really about El Classico - two sets of diving cheats that truly deserve each other, as they bring out the worst in each other. Daniel Alves and the Ladybody no doubt trying to get each other sent off from the first whistle to the last

I don't think t's as conlusively over as steveo does, but Chelsea are in an excellent position to go through.SteveO 35 wrote:Barca are out. Chelsea will score and they won't get 3. Thing is, it used to be really good to watch but now, much though its still pretty successful, its just mind numbingly boring, it seems forced as if they feel that they have to play like that as opposed to it coming naturally as their best way of winning. There seems to be a school of thought whereby if you love football you have to love Barcelona and its getting sickening. They're a great side, over the last few years they've proved themselves to be one of the best club teams of all time, but you can respect them for their technical ability and levels of success without enjoying watching them. Normally you find commentators favouring the english sides in europe but yesterday they sounded pissed off that Chelsea didnt just let Barcelona walk 4 or 5 goals in.flash gunner wrote:

Watch Barca once a season and you're impressed, watch them 10 or more times and its just tippy tappy shite the likes of which they would criticise Arsenal for and its incredibly tedious to watch- whether they're playing the next best side in europe or some spanish bottom division team its the same boring procession of knocking the ball sideways and backwards until, eventually, a chance comes and they sometimes score, horrid football imo, I would honestly rather watch a quick paced, full blooded game in league 2 where both sides have roughly equal amounts of the ball than watch brilliant technical players pass it 3 yards. I think its worse than Arsenal's style of play, they don't even really utilise wingers and theres very little in the way of pace, its just a permanent slow build up. When Arsenal lose playing like that, its all "Wenger needs a plan B, its pretty but it just doesnt work at times", when Barcelona lose like that you just get "they won't change the way they play, they'll keep plugging away, its so commendable". Set of bastards that they are.

Re: Chavs v Whores
I think it's far from impossible that we could see a Chelsea v Munich final.
El Classico will be even more intense than our match against the Chavs and, unlike Chelski, Barca don't have a particularly strong bench. The same 11 will probably start (depending on Pique's fitness) against Madrid and Chelsea and, while the home crowd and big pitch will help them, they have to score twice and I can see Chelski scoring on the break or from a set piece.
Madrid have a better chance, only needing to score once, but Munich can rest players at the weekend if they choose and a good on the break.
Despite having followed Barca from nearly 40 years I think they need taking down a peg or two and my Xmas wish is for a Chavs v Munich final with the Germans hammering them.

Re: Chavs v Whores
as I said before spanish football is rubbish and it will be Chelsea v Munich in the final.
luckily the final is being played in Munich and so Chelsea havent got a chance
just as well as I expect us to finish 4th in the league. There is a nightmare scenario which could happen here - that we finish 4th and Chelsea win the CL throwing us into the Europa League.
I am also now concerned about Saturday - I thought that Chelsea would be worn out for us but I didnt take into consideration that they might win. If you keep winning you wont be tired and Chelsea will come to us on a high and we dont have Arteta... disaster waiting to happen

I hate Chelsea but I hate Barca more ........not a big fan of Real either .......I suppose that provided we can hang on to 3rd spot a Chelsea win might fcuk up some team from Middlesex !
I'm hoping Chelsea leave the Big Guns at Home this weekend !

Re: Chavs v Whores
I reckon an away goal will see the Chavs through, and I can see them getting it, so Bayern or Madrid in the final.
One offs can go anyway but would fancy Bayern over Madrid, as long as they aren't as wasteful as they were on Tues night.
Would also be nice though to see Mourinho put one over on Abramovich.

Hope Bayern win the CL like, much better club than the rest of the fuckers who are left in it and from a vastly better leaguegoonersid wrote:I reckon an away goal will see the Chavs through, and I can see them getting it, so Bayern or Madrid in the final.
