Chavs v Whores

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Spot on. Can't believe that some Gooners want Chavs in the final. Unbelievble.

I want Barca to destroy them next week. I don't want Chavs nowhere near that final. Idea that they might be first London club winning CL scares crap out of me. We will never be top club in London again. Forget the League and FA cup wins, you only need to look at Liverpool fans to see that going on about past glories ultimately leads you nowhere.

Vamos Barca! After that, I don't give a fuck who wins it.

Of course we won't win it for say even a decade. But FFS chelsea winning it? with this team?, they've had glorious failures with better teams so I sure don't want to see a chelsea team we beat 5-2 winning the biggest cup and see JT and Ashley win it.

Barca should stuff them at the camp. Should, but maybe Jose will try and get someone to injure Messi in saturday's el classico. Hope we give chelsea a reality check this weekend.

I know many hear hate the idea of barca's football, but surely people hate chelsea more!.

If the Chavs get to the final anything can happen.Just look at Liverpool in 2005 a team that was as bad as their team is now(Finnan Traore Garcia and Kewell) but they won it.I wouldnt want to take a risk in a one off game whoever the opponents are

I remember a poll on the forum before the Man Utd/Chavs final when some Gooners actually wanted the Chavs to win

Plus, even the idea of a Mourinho/Fat Frank/Racist Terry love in if it were a Chavs v Madid final would make me want to peel off my face my with a rusty blade.

Exactly. Its completely out of reach now. Its almost becoming a competition in which I take little interest as we have no chance of winning it.
Our CL record over 15 years is frankly embarassing, it's just so predictable now.

Put 15 goals past Vorskla Poltava, Basel & Racing Genk in the first 3 group games before Wenger considers group won & we go on to lose next two games. Scrape through to knockout phase after nervy final group game. Come up against a decent side for the first time, get spanked, laugh at pravda's "glorious failure" match report. Repeat ad infinitum. :banghead:

.....and then bore everybody shitless with the statistic that we are the only team to have qualified from the Group Stage of the Champions League for the past 'x' years. Not much fucking point to that exercise when it ends a round later with a stuffing in Italy or Spain

I hope that it's a Bayern Munich VS Barca final.

I would hate the options of seeing the greasy diver Ronaldo with his eye gouging manager(the special one to whoever don't know) and that despicable lot of dirty crunts like Pepe and Ramos VS the "I can kick myself in the groin and fain injury"Drogba, Racist Terry, sideshow Bob, cruntley cole, lumptard...etc. even get near the final.

So here's to a Bayern-Barca final, and I hope Bayern does them ho's over.

I pray that the whores don't get any injuries during the El Classico this weekend. Even though they have a the second leg coming up, I don't see Barca or Real resting key players .

Did we all watch the same game? :?

On another night with less bad luck the Whores would've won that game 6-1 ffs. They had 75% posession in the first half alone (Jaysus I just used a stat. I feel dirty. :D ) and they were away. It was just one of those games where nothing works out right for you. It happens. But they were far better than the chavs were. The chavs spent the game with their backs to the wall riding their luck.

Honestly, the chavs were luckier than a prostitute with two vaginas.

I can see the whores winning 3-0 at home easy. Fuck it, I'm putting €20 on the 3-0. 8)

Christ I hope I'm right though... the thought of those chav combat 18 scumsucking history-less crunts being the first London team to win the CL is sickening... :|

Agree with this. It was the rare occasion where Barca miss 5 or so really great opportunities, that's gonna happen maybe once a season. I don't see their finishing being so poor on Tuesday.

I hope they put 6 past those blue *word censored*.

They had a lot of the ball but I dont think they could have won that game heavily. Chelsea did leave the door open a bit like, Fabregas in particular seemed to get in behind with alarming ease but they kept Messi quiet and they ensured that the majority of Barca's "brilliant" passing was done well away from the area where it could be dangerous. Mentioned him a few times on the thread but I thought Ramires was absolutely different class, probably the best player on show and (when he bothered to stay on his feet), Drogba looked a handful. I think Barca struggled to adapt to Chelsea's style (and pitch) and were always going to struggle a bit. They could have nicked it but only about 2-1 probably. That being said I reckon they'll win by 2 goals at least at home, Chelsea will need to hope for an away goal and cling on. Not sure who I want to go through tbh, probably Chelsea but I'd want Munich to beat them in the final

Agree RE the whores best passing was well away from the crowded chav back rows but the whores hit the post twice, missed two or three real sitters and had one cleared off the line by Cashley A-Hole... Honestly, on another night that many chances go in...

From F365
From RTE's coverage of Chelsea v Barcelona...

Bill Herlihy: "With a result like that would you lads be surprised if Di Matteo got the job full-time?"

Eamon Dunphy: "If Di Matteo can get a team with John Obi Mikel and Raul Meireles to the Champions League Final then he deserves a Nobel Prize for literature."
