The Re-naming of The Emirates Stadium

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I can't wait for SSN to pick up on this news.
24 hr coverage throughout the close season with some suggestions being offered odds at Paddy Power.
Probably might get named the Sir Alan Sugar bowl.

That is how much we matter to the owners.

Same as that - I totally dislike referring to it as the e******s but that is probably influenced by different pieces in the Gooner when it was announced

On topic: Would love a return to a proper name, but it's not going to happen... ever. Sorry to say it, but welcome to modern football :cry: Even if Fly Emirates doesn't extend the sponsorship deal, the club will find another sponsor - the money is too significant to pass up.

"Arsenal Stadium Presented by Fly Emirates" is about the best we could hopefor :banghead:
