As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Doesn't bother me though, we have better options in midfield.
Players go where the money is, do you think when he gets in his 100,000 pound sports car that he gives a fuck what a load of peasants think lol
He has a great engine and tremendous turn and scores goals, don't think we have tha in our present midfield?

Adebayor has managed to gloss over what the tiny totts used to sing to him, while counting his wages, so it wouldn't be that hard would it ??
If we had wanted him, we could have got him before he went to spudland.

I assume the 5 came from 6 goals and the subs. Although it did feel like Fergy time.
Agree with Chippy. At one time (not sure if it still stands), refs were supposed to add 30 seconds for goals and substitutions, so at Old Trafford, that would mean 6 2nd half goals (3mins added) + 4 substitutions (2mins added) = 5 mins... and that's not allowing for any injuries!
So you could argue 5 mins was either bang on or not enough... but certainly not made up "Fergie time"
The 30 seconds added time for per sub has gone by the wayside - whether this was done officially in the rules or not I dont know but you will not be able to find a game anywhere that adds 30 seconds per sub
Re piennar I will say yet again that I think he is a great little player and streets ahead of the forehead, the walnut and benyoun - I know many will say that he couldnt get a look in with the scum but (a) they play with proper wingers and he isnt a winger as such and (b) they have better options on the wings than we have
Looks like Nasri is gonna regret leaving Arsenal now eh? He coulda stayed at Arsenal and fought for the 4th place trophy. Instead, he's gonna compete for a league title instead.

In Arsene I Trust!
He wouldn't get in our side now mate, what with all the super quality we've added like Gervinho. We're a much better side now. We just need Moussa Sow in there for RvP and we'll be back amongst Europe's Elite
