I'm no AKB but I want him to stay also.

He's made hs mistakes, but which manager hasn't.

I think's it's unfair to have a go at him for signing Chamack, when there was word he was signing I like many others was excited by this, a decent target man who has a good goal scoring record. And he was great when he first signed. I'm sure the manager is as perplexed as we are with his dimise.

He's not perfect but I would swap him for anyone else at the moment.

Seriously ?? His highest scoring season in the french league was 11 goals and he was so highly rated by wenger that he wouldnt stump up the 8m to buy him the previous season when we had a real chance to win the league

Every manager makes mistakes of course but when a manager is making more mistakes then good decisions then it is time to go. Do you think that he is tactically good enough ? With the exception of kos and arteta which signings in the last 2 or 3 seasons have been proved to be good signings ? Do you think that gervinho was worth 11m ? Do you think wenger is right when he says that this team is 1% away from winning a league ? If he made that statement last season then do you think that we are still only 1% away from winning the league and if not does that not suggest to you that we are going backwards ? Do you think that wenger is correct in not spending more of his available transfer budget ?

I really dont know how some fans favour keeping him but find it kinda amusing when they cant quite explain why they think he should stay

We are currently 3rd
That is an improvement on last season so actually Wenger is getting a lot right
That is why he is still the manager
We will compete for the title next season

Would everyone still prefer Harry redknapp as manager?

Misleading headline and article in the Mail; a typical situation for that paper where the sub-editing is carried out by a five year old kangaroo.

Do you really believe Walcott would refuse to come off if ordered to by Wenger or the physio?

Wenger rules the club, others fit in with what he says.

Get your facts straight. We have played 35 games of this season. Where were we after 35 games last season ?

There is no improvement and when we get 1 point from the next 9 and finish outside the top four I would like to know what 'special circumstances' you will be clinging on to then

how can it fucking be an improvement on last season when we were still in the title race with 6 games to go?Last season we finished 3pts behind 2nd place at the moment we are 15 pts behind 2nd place. When we have lost more games and conceded more goals. We have been worse this season but Chelsea have fallen apart under AVB,But dont dare say we have improved we havent.

we have improved because we are finishing the season stronger

if you look at season 2006/07 we finished strongly then too
this was carried into 2007/08 where we nearly/should have won the league (without injuries to RVP and Eduardo we would have)

this same momentum will be carried into next season.

by the way if United bottle the title this season it will put our recent collapses into some perspective

Yep, 19 titles, coming from 10 points behind to a team that's spent 250 million in 2 years and then narrowly missing out on the title (if indeed it happens)

That really puts us getting knocked out of 3 cups in a fortnight and collapsing from 1st to 4th in a matter of weeks into real perspective

I'm firmly in the AKB camp at present, but that may change based on this summer's transfer activity and how the team performs in these final 3 games.

I see that RVP has 4 days at the end of the season to make up his mind whether he is staying or not.
if he leaves then Wenger can yes be questioned because we will be back to square 1
