surely back to winning ways, the wheels have fallen off the Norwich train, like to see Wenger try two up top for this one, RVP needs support

0-0 or 1-1

Just like last season's supposed home bankers in our easy run-in. The usual paceless gormless 4-5-1 display against a team that have shipped goals in their last three and are on holiday - not that the opponents or their form ever comes into Arsene's reckoning. Just persevere with the same old, same old. Fail to win this one and forget top four

come on, we would all love to see Chamakh get 90 mins, poor bloke has been a bit part player this season and play second fiddle to RVP -

this could be his day

Got a bad feeling about this one.

It seems like the team are totally fucking oblivious to how much is riding on certain games most of the time. Despite how much we need 3 points you can be assured we'll tip tap it around at walking pace, giving everyone time to get back behind the ball before we give it away & concede on the break. :banghead:

Grant Holt is guaranteed a headed goal in this one

Will be a laboured draw like Wolves at home over Xmas

Don't worry chesney - will be write during the week, how hungry the team is and will be challenging for the PL next year - Wenger's bullshite is rubbing off, on the players

maybe a few years out the CL, will change the boards expections - don't you realise if we get 3rd, the board and Wenger will just think - the squad is good enough for the PL and CL challenge

we need a dismissal season of finishing 10th before any action will happened
Agree - wake up call needed. Fcuk the CL.
The Champions League is destroying our game..........

It has already destroyed the European Cup and Cup Winners Cups. Two great competitions where teams who actually won something were rewarded a place playing against Europes elite

It has destroyed the League Cup. No team takes it seriously. Even the promoted teams play their reserves in this game. FFS Stevie Gerard came onto the pitch at the smash-n-grab at Anfield with the Carling Cup trophy red faced and couldn't wait to get off again such was his embarrassement.

The FA Cup (which holds so many glorious memories for me) is being similairly devalued with players being "rested" in a competition we can win to play in a competition we cant.

It is slowly devaluing our own Premier League where certain teams (including ours) only objective is to finish "top four" and seeing this as "success" No my friend - "success" is when you actually win something. Everything else is failure.

So the CL is devouring football and because of this in a strange ironic twist will eventually devour itself.

This is a must win. Regardless of place and CL, we need to finish on a high note and win both matches.

Norwich rested Holt for this game. Can see us slipping up, allowing the spuds to get third and Chelsea to go on top of us on goal difference. We'll fuck it up as usual

So Wenger can say we only need one or two signings to win the title next season

These should be Wengers final two games as manager

we no longer have to worry about Chelsea as they will win the CL anyway.
Hopefully they can now do us a favour and beat Newcastle on Wednesday night.

the only problem now are Spurs. the game changer has been Hodgson's appointment. Suddenly Spurs will be motivated again and they have 3 winnable games. I had assumed that they would drop a couple of points which would mean that we just needed to beat Norwich to qualify. We now may need to win our final two - tricky
