Online ticket touts make me angry
Please could somebody tell me how these websites get hold of OUR tickets and sell them for a nice profit? Only Arsenal fans with a season ticket and a good amount of away points could get west brom away tickets this season. Well that's what I thought but you have these websites selling this game for over £100. Arsenal need to clamp down on these sites quick and effectively. Some of us die hard arsenal fans are missing out on these tickets so us Arsenal fans need to take a stand and make us heard!

I'm surprised they are as cheap as £100. We might clinch the 4th placed trophy that date and I'm sure nobody wants to miss that

And back on the topic of touts....
Last Saturday I was working and so arrived to the game about 15 minutes late, as I was walking up to the stairs by Highbury House I was shocked as to what I was seeing.
About 5-8 touts and about 20 tourist type foreign blokes scrambling around the touts trying to get tickets. In full view of anyone walking past, they were exchanging money, tickets and telling them how to get the card back etc.
Not one copper in sight. Yet Arsenal feel it necessary to arrest people like Gooner.ed who are clearly not touts (I guess the OB don't have time to determine who is and who isn't) but I'm sure the club could of dropped the case which sounds like it's going to court or he's returning to police station)
Just shocked me that if the club are serious, they could catch at least 10-15 'real' touts a game.

There were loads of touts there at the Chelsea game and the police always ignore them.
There is a simple way of eradicating touts within a season for very little cost to the club.
Have an amnesty for any fan confessing to a steward that they are using a touted ticket for the game. In addition give that person a cash refund on the (proper) price of the ticket.
If everyone knew this was the case then they would all be turning over the tickets to the stewards and within a season all of the memberships that are being used to buy tickets for touts would be known and could be closed down.
Also if the tickets can't be tracked to a membership then they can be traced to a box office employee or player.
