It's all a load of Cannonballs in here! This is the virtual Arsenal pub where you can chat about anything except football. Be warned though, like any pub, the content may not always be suitable for everyone.
I bet that if someone was to put together a Venn diagram of people that enjoy Star Wars, people who work in an IT department, customers of Games Workshop, and non-American watchers of American sport.....there would be almost a complete overlap of the circles

I like Star Wars
I don't like / do any of the others
Fail!
Is it possible to like both Star Wars and Star Trek? None of my mates like both and I personally cannot stand Star Trek.
Star wars was a load of shite, but then I don't paricularly like sci-fi. I went to it with my dad who was a big sci-fi fan and he fucking well fell asleep in the cinema. Thats how shite it is.

Or a venn diagram of the almeda quadrangle in the fifth nebula.....besides R2D2 almost signed for arsenal except he was too tall ...ask arshavin he was most upset he didn't have anyone to look down on and help relieve his neck ache from looking up all the time!
I remember when StarWars first hit the cinema's - i went to this week-end long party - and we all got totalky shyte faced...this guy who had just returned from America (he went with his dad on a business trip) came into the party which was on it's second day/night with ll these Light Sabres - the old/original one's long plastic tubes that lit up...so we all went down to the local cinema on Sunday afternoon - still shyte faced.. - with curtains as cloaks (with the LT's hidden underneath) and went in...then as the film started we all pulled out our light sabres (Ooooh! Errr Missus!) and switched em on...all the kids went crazy - there was a near feckin' riot - with the two old blokes (ushers) running around trying to calm things down....sigh those were the days....

This is spot on.
And all sci fi is utter shit.
WHAT!? ALL sci-fi??...I mean I'm not a big sci fi fan, but films like alien etc - which was a tad too scary for me in all honesty are 'good/ well made films' dontcha think?
