Not the worst away kit ever (and I would even suggest that it is better than next seasons home kit) but is still yet another dire effort from nike - personally I dont care what it costs, I would buy us out of nike contract if I was in charge cos their efforts are a disgrace

Although I must confess that - if you take away the historical and emotional element from the argument - I kind of like that top. Anyway, these kits aren't designed with the long standing gooner and tradition in mind, but more the foreign fan base and fashionistas who will wear it as casual gear. On that score it wouldn't surprise me if it became quite a big seller. The thing is that the club will continue along those lines whether the kit manufacturer is Nike or Addidas.

Last decent away shirt was 02-04, old school yellow and blue.
