R.I.P Vidal Sassoon

It's all a load of Cannonballs in here! This is the virtual Arsenal pub where you can chat about anything except football. Be warned though, like any pub, the content may not always be suitable for everyone.

The man was a brave anti-fascist who took on Mosley and his men after the war:

Simon is right. Seeing as some of you haven't shown the respect due to Mr Sassoon, I may have to cut some posts out and trim this thread down. In short, backsides have been shown - metaphorically speaking - to this great man and I expected better beehiver from you lot!!

Timely that this thread coincides with the parting of ways between Pat Rice and Arsenal.
To pay him for more seasons would have been hard considering his knee problems, so we have to get someone new. Nile Ranger may be an option one day, but for now we go with Steve Bould. A man who would not have needed to visit Mr Sassoon for a long time, but who metaphorically and literally stood head and shoulders above other candidates for the assistant manager's job. Personally I find his appointment brill; cream of the crop is Mr Bould.

Enough, enough, enough.

Quartz wins the prize for the funniest post. :D

The rest of you need to cut it out.
