2012/13 Season Ticket For Sale

Ok been reading this thread with interest but am still a little unsure on the best way forward?
I have a season ticket that will be spare for the next coming season as I am off to study for a cpl of years.
Not on preferred seller list as new to forum but am happy to follow the guidelines/advice laid out here in regards to payment method and agreement methods etc.
Ticket is offered at face value (thought to be £1395 but no email from club yet)and full gold rights are offered ie. away applications (no built up points yet), any cup finals, etc, etc. Am happy to state as such in any agreement.
Its block 99, row 6 and as stated is only for sale as off to study and dont want to loose it after waiting so long.
Apologies if this isnt the right thread to advertise it, am sure someone will point me in the right direction if not.
