The showdown v the Baggies

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Very worried about this match now, really can see us fucking up being on C5 next year. Poetic justice to Wengers season. :(

It's down to you boys again. Best away support in the league - surely there's a trophy for that?

leaving Brizzle for Brum
weird to read 'how did it come to this' when there were many on this board preaching: no chance, 6th at best, mid-table or relegation battles
The situation is simple now:
a win for third
a win for league improvement
a win for guaranteed CL
a win to finish above not only the Chelski millionaires and the bigspenders from the self-pity city
but also a win for a hardfought St Totteringhams day!
LETS FECKING HAVE IT

I said it before the 5per2 game and it applies now:

Disguise fair nature with hard-favour'd rage;
Then lend the eye a terrible aspect;
Let pry through the portage of the head
Like the brass CANNON ;
let the brow o'erwhelm it
I see you stand like greyhounds in the slips,
Straining upon the start.
The game's afoot: Follow your spirit, and upon this charge
Cry BERGKAMP FOR ARSENAL, NORF LONDON, AND SAINT PAT RICE!!!!!

It's simple really. It's party time at The Hawthorns for them. Their minds are all over the place thinking about Woy's departure and putting sun tan cream on etc etc and it's whether our wonderful manager just for once can send Arsenal out with a determination to put on a professional performance, grab 2 goals and defend as a unit.
But as Bournemouth said it does feel like Cup Final day, so frickin nervous

It's in our hands once more my God
It's up to us sweet Lord
We'll only have ourselves to blame
If Odemwinge scores

The Baggies safe mid table
A sad farewell to Woy
So they've very few real reasons
To dent our third place "joy"

But singed v Wolves, v Chavs reserves,
Much worse by Wigan burnt
You'd hope that farce 'gainst Norwich
Was a lesson finally learnt

No still we'll stress and bitch and rant
Our fingernails we'll chew
I wouldn't bet on all three points
And face it nor would you

:twisted:

Edit: Come on Arsenal!!!!

For what it's worth I dreamt we lost 4-1, spuds won 4-1 and geordies won 2-0. Strangely I wasn't nervous before but I am now after that

Why am I more confident of Chelsea beating Bayern Munich than us beating West Brom? :shock:
