If he'd played more of a part in winning it for them instead of sitting on his paycheque on the bench I might have been able to accept it. We'll only forget about him if he stops wumming us. Simple.
Sorry but you are being pathetic, bitter and Wenger-esque.

For starters, Nasri 'on the bench'?

Do you want to know how many league starts Nasri has had this season? Enough to be considered a first teamer.
He also played enough times to WIN a league medal.

He played his bit when he won them that crucial game at home to Citeh, when he helped them carve us open at Eastlands, he played his bit when he tormented Manure in the title decider and played his part when he finished off Wolves when Citeh were on the back-foot.

Sitting on the bench and collecting a paycheque?

Sorry, you must have Nasri confused with Chamakh, Park Chu Young, Squillaci or Djourou.

As Nasri said, the easier thing to do woulda been to pick up his big wages, no pressure to win trophies and deliver every season....but perhaps he should cry himself to sleep that he could not be a key player in the 'fight for 3rd'

LOL

Nasri is right 100%. Suck it up.

More convenient Babatunde "quotes". I would expect the British press to pick up on this if true.

We'll see....

yup. it shows a total lack of class.

and he hardly covered himself in glory - 5 goals all season (28 games), compared to 9 for Walcott, and 6 for TV5.

for 24 million quid

you could argue that City won it in spite of him.
Yep.

Walcott better stats and TV5 too.

TV5 also looked incredible as Taarabt breezed him, as well as Grant Holt. And as for Theo? Well, amazing. New contract hopefully.

More to the point: talking about 'lack of class', remind me again which club has a chairman that abuses its own fans, which manager has been banned AGAIN by UEFA for claslessly abusing referees in the tunnel (the third time btw), and which club charges its fans more than Citeh, to watch a bunch of losers?

:rubchin: :rubchin:

Oh and as soon as you can please tell me what TV5 and Walcott have won compared to Nasri?

Oh. You can't.
Because if Citeh had failed I'm pretty sure there woulda been a 'let's laugh at Nasri' pathetic bitter thread.

But Nasri has proved a lesson Van Persie will be thinking: if you want to win, if you want to be successful, then you need to leave unambitious Arsenal and join a club where there are standards.

I repeat: stop being bitter and suck it up. The excuses being shown up here against Nasri are pathetic and laughable, and remind me of the kind of tripe Spuds used to come out with after we nabbed Sol, and he won all those trophies.

'Yeah but Sol isn't loved over there like he is with us bla bla'

P-a-t-h-e-t-i-c. Small-time Arsenal.

Nasri never mattered. Cesc did but even more important than him is Van Persie. If he leaves we know that the club has no intention of winning the league for the next few years

he gets more money at city, and doesn't even need to work hard, and the efforts of his team mates land him medals, you're right its a no brainer.

Doesn't mean i'm happy with almunia, chamakh and park sucking our resources, whilst our manager lets this happen.

i'm talking about Nasri as a player, not the decision to leave. Everyone knows you don't win trophies here. Mata was tempted until he was reminded of our record, and lack of ambition.

I'm saying Nasri, is a weak minded, player who lived off the reputation of Cesc Fabregas, a player who will be sold in a year or two, because he'll moan about not playing enough [ once his picked up enough medals] .

Kolo got a winners medal too. Why not write about that.

Really funny how Arsenal fans on here are showing themselves up

'Oh you are a bit part player for them, and you share the spotlight with Yaya, Kompany, Hart and Aguero'

Errrrm....yeah. And that Dennis Bergkamp used to share the spotlight with Vieira, Pires and Henry.

Ronaldo shares the spotlight with Higuain, Benzema and Casillas.

And that Rooney, without Van der Sar, Rio and Ronaldo he was nothing but a bit-part player in that Manure CL win!

You see...this is the point of playing at a better club, surrounded by better players.

I know this concept of sharing out quality must be alien to Gooners used to seeing RVP surrounded by 9, sometimes 10 useless c*** every week...but at big clubs, errrrm....players usually share the spotlight.

I will ask the question again therefore:

Is it true or not, that Samir Nasri left Arsenal to win trophies?

And is it or is it not true, that he has undeniably, shoved it right in the throats of all the jokers who claimed he would flop and win nothing?

Case Closed.

Aaaaaaaw poor Kiwomya.

Arsene's favourite little Helper.

As pointed out to you, he said the same thing on Sky.

But don't forget: IT'S ALL INVENTED!!!!

FYI btw, you know that speech the Queen gives every Christmas time, that is made up too....

Oh dear. Arsene's lovers are looking increasingly silly these days eh?

Still Kiwomya, run down to Islington Town Hall. I hear Gervinho is driving the bus and Arsene will be throwing confetti for the 3rd place trophy award, get your best suit on!

HAHAHA

Babs you are pure gold.

How many people would Claim City Would not Win trophies??

Thats what you are claiming, Nasri goes to City and you claim 'people said he would win nothing'.

City are 100% Guaranteed Trophies. 1 Billion Pounds...you're going be picking up medals

100%. Vermalen can join them, Theo, Sagna. Djourou can do the same as Savic. Useless defender and pick up a winners medal.

Are you bitter because Nasri was right? And left Arsenal to win trophies and has done so? Hence proving you all wrong?
And also exposing what a shambles of Arsenal Wenger has made? Whereby anybody can openly disrespect a once great club and insult our ability to win...and be proved right?

Or...are you bitter like those pathetic Spuds fans we used to laugh at who couldn't accept that Sol had left us for better things? (And was also right?)
