How many people would Claim City Would not Win trophies??

Thats what you are claiming, Nasri goes to City and you claim 'people said he would win nothing'.

City are 100% Guaranteed Trophies. 1 Billion Pounds...you're going be picking up medals

100%. Vermalen can join them, Theo, Sagna. Djourou can do the same as Savic. Useless defender and pick up a winners medal.
Oh football is that simple is it?

So what have Chelski won this year then?

And have PSG won the French league then?

And why did Bayern not win the Bundesliga then?

How are you 'guaranteed' trophies with 1 billion when Man United won it last year?

I will tell you one thing you ARE guaranteed at Arsenal though: failure, and excuse-making fans making pathetic statements based on conjecture.

Such as the one you just made....

You are forgetting Arsenal have 2 billionaires on board at the club yes?

yup. it shows a total lack of class.

and he hardly covered himself in glory - 5 goals all season (28 games), compared to 9 for Walcott, and 6 for TV5.

for 24 million quid

you could argue that City won it in spite of him.
Yep.

Walcott better stats and TV5 too.

TV5 also looked incredible as Taarabt breezed him, as well as Grant Holt. And as for Theo? Well, amazing. New contract hopefully.

More to the point: talking about 'lack of class', remind me again which club has a chairman that abuses its own fans, which manager has been banned AGAIN by UEFA for claslessly abusing referees in the tunnel (the third time btw), and which club charges its fans more than Citeh, to watch a bunch of losers?

:rubchin: :rubchin:

Oh and as soon as you can please tell me what TV5 and Walcott have won compared to Nasri?

Oh. You can't.
Because if Citeh had failed I'm pretty sure there woulda been a 'let's laugh at Nasri' pathetic bitter thread.

But Nasri has proved a lesson Van Persie will be thinking: if you want to win, if you want to be successful, then you need to leave unambitious Arsenal and join a club where there are standards.

I repeat: stop being bitter and suck it up. The excuses being shown up here against Nasri are pathetic and laughable, and remind me of the kind of tripe Spuds used to come out with after we nabbed Sol, and he won all those trophies.

'Yeah but Sol isn't loved over there like he is with us bla bla'

P-a-t-h-e-t-i-c. Small-time Arsenal.

What exactly do you want us to say? We all know we're a million miles from challenging for major honours, stop fucking preaching to the choir. It doesn't change the fact that its pathetic for Nasri to make Manchester City winning the league all about Arsenal.

Do you get that point at all?

And yes, we'd have had a thread laughing at Nasri but we're fans on a forum, not a player representing our club in an official capacity.

Hi MM99. Aren't you missing a parade at Islington Town hall?

Also Mods, is there not some kind of 'rules' against personal abuse? Or is that only a selective one? In which case, I should probably return the abuse to MM99 with interest....

Really?

Strange. Cos I swear I keep reading on here that over the summer we are 'just 2-3 players away from achieving special things' in the league.

That sound to you like a team and manager who are a 'million miles away'?

:rubchin:
Yes, that is possibly true but the chances of the 2-3 players we actually acquire being of sufficient quality are so small it is more or less a million miles as far as I'm concerned.

Nasri's a :censored: . If he really went for football and ambition, he wouldn't be so eager to run to the media and try to justify his decision and get one over Arsenal supporters.

Aaaaaaaw poor Kiwomya.

Arsene's favourite little Helper.

As pointed out to you, he said the same thing on Sky.

But don't forget: IT'S ALL INVENTED!!!!

FYI btw, you know that speech the Queen gives every Christmas time, that is made up too....

Oh dear. Arsene's lovers are looking increasingly silly these days eh?

Still Kiwomya, run down to Islington Town Hall. I hear Gervinho is driving the bus and Arsene will be throwing confetti for the 3rd place trophy award, get your best suit on!

No my friend I have just moved on and don't think there's a need for a thread about this player and you think I'm one of Arsene's little helpers?

I was on this forum back in 2008 calling for his head and that hasn't changed I just don't go on and on about it repeating myself

Are you bitter because Nasri was right? And left Arsenal to win trophies and has done so? Hence proving you all wrong?
And also exposing what a shambles of Arsenal Wenger has made? Whereby anybody can openly disrespect a once great club and insult our ability to win...and be proved right?

Or...are you bitter like those pathetic Spuds fans we used to laugh at who couldn't accept that Sol had left us for better things? (And was also right?)

Regardless of all the little squabbles on here about nasri...whether he went for this or that or whatever...what remains (and for me always will be a fact) is that he is a *word censored* a podgy goofy lesbo with a very bad hair cut, even worse dress sense - jeezuss even K D Lang looks more masculine and has better fashion sense....anyway..he is a *word censored* of the 1st order and shall always be treated as a traitor, who put money before loyalty..yes he has won a prem winners meddle, but if it wasn't about money why didn't he go to manure/

Naaaah he's the epitome of the modern player - kiss the badge one week, hide in the big game - sell his granny for more wonga...*word censored*

What I CANNOT fathom is that Arsenal FC, sold Manchester City two key first team players in Clichy and Nasri.

Gael Clichy has exposed what an absolute mug Wenger is because he has been nothing short of excellent at Citeh this season, being managed and taught tactics by a manager who understands defending. Irrespective of what some comedians claim, Nasri has also been an integral first team squad member for Citeh. His departure at Arsenal was 'compensated' by the acquisition of Gervinho.

ROFL.

So Arsene Wenger weakened Arsenal by putting in comedians like Santos and Gibbs, where once there was Clichy.

And then, Nasri (who played on the wing more often than not for us), was then replaced and Gervinho - so often a key player for the opposition - was brought in.

And having sold two key first team players to a league rival, those two key players have subsequently gone on to win the league title, whilst Arsenal have been weaker and more inept than they have been in many a year.

In most countries, at most clubs, that would be an instantly sackable offence, and something the fans would be fuming about. So please forgive my consternation, at the jubilant celebrations because we scraped into 3rd. It's crazy what Wenger did, and all for the sake of making £32 million in cash, so it can sit in a reserve account. It's scandalous and unacceptable, sorry.

But of course, 'what an achievement' finishing 3rd eh
