wow. I just read that Ya Ya Toure is to leave City.

now that would be some signing.

It will be a shame to see him leave the premiership. i've really enjoyed watching him play. he's the best DM i've seen since Vieira.

pity there's 0% of us signing him, he's already said that only Barca, Real or Chelsea could afford him.

Also Kagawa hasn't signed for the mancs yet. It's 50/50 between them and us according to the Japanese press. They've even said we have an advantage due to Wenger's Japan ties and the fact he speaks their language fluently.

If so, is that definitely correct, donaldo? because if Wenger didn't think Yaya was good enough, then why did we have an agreement to sign him, and who was behind that agreement, if not Wenger?

Arsene Wenger: Arsenal won't be busy in transfer window

Arsene Wenger has warned Arsenal fans not to expect much activity during the summer transfer window, as having Jack Wilshere and Abou Diaby back will be like two new signings.

This is one of the only times that I do agree with Wenger using the like a new signing analogy, as they are two midfield players of the highest quality. Well one is undeniably top class - but Jack's got bags of potential too

If Abou is fit and raring to go I might even be tempted to go to the Fans Open Day and take along a nice banner "Abou fans have patience"
