Arsene Wenger: Arsenal won't be busy in transfer window

Arsene Wenger has warned Arsenal fans not to expect much activity during the summer transfer window, as having Jack Wilshere and Abou Diaby back will be like two new signings.
This is one of the only times that I do agree with Wenger using the like a new signing analogy, as they are two midfield players of the highest quality. Well one is undeniably top class - but Jack's got bags of potential too :D

If Abou is fit and raring to go I might even be tempted to go to the Fans Open Day and take along a nice banner "Abou fans have patience" :barscarf:

SteveO, give it a rest son, you're not even in the same wumming league as dear ole Red...

now that would be some signing.

It will be a shame to see him leave the premiership. i've really enjoyed watching him play. he's the best DM i've seen since Vieira.

pity there's 0% of us signing him, he's already said that only Barca, Real or Chelsea could afford him.

he's probably the one player i'd break the wage structure for.
Yaya is not a DM. In fact he didn't play the position for Citeh even once this season.

FFS Cook i told you before FrankButcher isnt in the fucking clique :x
You should know that in order to get in the 'Clique' you have to:

1. Get past a detailed examination by KJ
2. Give honour to Flash when he is sat upon his sofa (which is always - especially on match days)
3. Bend over backwards and lick yer own arse
4. Bend over forwards and lick SWL's arse
5. Pay for a round of drinks at every home game for a whole season...
6. Swear to NEVER have any kind of dealings with or freindship or relationship with anyone who is or is related to a Ginger Mutant
7. Oh! yes and you need to be willing to take it up the fudge tunnel on a regular basis from any or all members of 'Le Clique'

You may ask how I know this!?...I was offered to join by flash but refused when I saw the initiation ceremony

Oi! flash yer TWAT stop messing with my posts or KJ will be aving more than just a word in your you know where.!

That is an abuse of Mods privileges you big sofa sitter! :box:

Kagawa has confirmed he has held talks with fergie during a 2 hour meeting

According to SSN
:banghead: :banghead: :banghead: Yet again we miss out on a player with huge potential..

Aaaah Well. :banghead:

+1

he's the only one pushing that story tonight.

negotiations are obviously on going otherwise RvP would have made a statement tonight.

so that's kind of positive...

My guess is that they've told him that they've signed someone else, and RvP's come back wanting higher wages - though that signing on bonus at 5 million is HUGE.after tax its 18 grand a week up front.

Don't worry Cook, he hid under the "banner" so Wenger never saw him :D

I'm telling you boys, there's no WUMing going on here, if Abou gets fully fit he'll be the best new signing we've had in decades.

I might even be tempted out of my ticket purchasing exile if he gets back to his twinkle-toed, matchwinning best

In a couple of years time there will be threads up here on a par with the Van Persie ones, begging him to re-sign and not head off to City or Barcelona
