Have you seen John Terry recently?

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Have you seen John Terry recently?

Arsenal stars use 'John Terry' as code for ugly girls, says Wojciech Szczesny
Arsenal goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny has risked angering new European champions Chelsea, by revealing Gunners players refer to ugly girls on nights out as ‘John Terry’.

The 22-year-old shot-stopper, who was giving an interview to the Polish version of Playboy, admitted the Blues skipper’s name acts as a code word when one of his team-mates wants to escape from an awkward situation with the opposite sex.

‘At Arsenal it [the name John Terry] is another word for an ugly girl,’ said Szczesny.

‘If there’s a girl around that we don’t really like, we use it as a smokescreen, as in: “Have you seen John Terry recently? He’s terrible. I recommend this, it really works.”’

The big keeper, who is aiming to take part in Poland’s next warm-up game against Slovakia before Euro 2012, has also confirmed he’s over the shoulder injury which troubled him during the last five weeks of Arsenal’s season.

‘Everything is fine with my shoulder, on Tuesday I report for training,’ he said.

‘I’m healthy and there’s no need to do any injections. Wenger’s words were true, for about five weeks I’ve played injured, but it hasn’t got worse during this time.

‘For a week I’ve been resting and the pain has completely passed. I think it was a bigger scandal in the media than a real issue. Now I’d really like to play a match against Slovakia.’

Chavsea players refer to shit footballers as a Chamakh. If they're watching a match or talking about a really shit player they will say: "Has anyone seen Chamakh recently? He really is fucking shit."

It was on here a year or so ago. I tried to find it on photobucket, but it's copyrighted to the Sun newspaper. So I did a search on the Sun site. Internet is a wonderful thing. :D

I even know what you ate for breakfast this morning.

+1

Something about him irritates me, I don't know what it is :?

Although to be fair to him, he is one of the few that care and can see results definitely effect him.

Hope Szczesny still thinks that next season when he ends up in the back of the net after the inevitable 'robust' challenge from Terry when we next play Chelsea!!

Szczesny and Frimpong both get on my nerves to be honest. Need to stop giving it the big bollocks and get on with the football :banghead:

Lol "Look at all the JTs in this club!"

I had a laugh anyway. Football season is over, let the kids be kids for a bit and get it out of their system and be ready to get to work in August.
