Euro 2012

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Sad to read this...

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/18363736

But then we all knew about the problems anyway. What makes it worse is the fact that the polish and ukranian goverments are trying to downplay the entire problem, hence making themselves look worse.

What they need to do is condem it on a large scale...if it happens in the stadiums for the whole world too see on tv, they will look very silly indeed. Instead of calling them "isolated" as if this somehow justifies it, they need do come down hard on them. Announce that these people are a disgrace to the country and you will not tollerate any future incidents. Dont ignore it.

Hopefully it doesnt get that bad.

UEFA tried to pretend it didn't even happen. Clarence Seedorf on the BBC just now claims players should ignore the abuse. :banghead:

UEFA needed to adopt a zero tolerance policy from the beginning to make it clear to everyone that Euro 2012 is not here to promote some people's racist beliefs.

Twatini looking very pleased with himself in the crowd, the smug b*stard.

Hoping Greece get spanked, don't like their teams football, hopefully this is the last time they are in the European championship.

If I was a betting man i'd put a tenner of Lewandowski top goal-scorer @ Euro 2012. This guy is already way, way out of our league. This guy looks red-hot.
