Agreed, I think he filled in at right back in 05/06 and did alright, we'll always wonder what could have been had we had a proper defensive coach, but quality wise he's not good enough to be more than 3rd or 4th choice to be fair.
Giroud is an absolute class act, this guy is far superior than any player in French football and wipes the floor with any of the names mentioned. I for one hope and pray that we get this kid because he is seriously the real deal. Lets just hope he has a stinker in the Euros
I realise that you could compile a set of clips like that to make almost any player look good but he did look quality I have to say Of course that is all the more reason to believe that he wont be joining us
