As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Vieira
Petit
Gilberto
Flamini
Diarra
Song
Hillier
Selley
Morrow
Bentley
Bischoff

You pick...he's frustrating but better than that

Compare similar lists mate............song is considered first choice (shocking I know  ), 5 of the 6 names on officepest's list were first choices whilst there is not one of the players on your list that were first choices so what you are basically saying is that song is better than those who were back ups to some of the best midfielders ever to play for our club

I might be wrong augie, but i think hillier, morrow and selley along with Jonn Jensen were our midfield in Paris in '95.

John "faxe" Jensen was the only first choice player in that list clockender - all of the others will have played in midfield and some in important games but none were regulars

And even given that I'd still say that 3 of them were better than Song and one was really a left-back so shouldn't even be on that list!!
