Anyone hear that Delaney on the radio last Friday more or less asking UEFA for some sort of prize because the fans out there sang alot? This is the same genius who asked FIFA for Ireland to be the 33'rd team at the last World Cup. The guy is an complete tool

As for his international career, if so disillusioned by the ineptness of the FAI, why did he come back and play for Kerr, the most incompetent manager in recent years?
Well I'll fucking well tell you why, the egotistical Keane saw an opportunity to come in and be a fucking saviour. Instead he and Kerr fucked up big time and Ireland had their worst run against top International sides ever. Kerr openly blamed McCarthy for Ireland not qualifying for Euro 2004, stating that he had been left too much to do having lost 1and drawn 1of their opening 2 games, but they still failed to qualify despite Kerr bringing back traitor keane.
Yet he had no one to blame after failure to qualify for the 2006 world cup after finishing 4th behind France and the might of Switzerland and fucking Israel.
Roy Keane since his retirement from playing has hardly had a glittering career as a manager and for he of all people to criticise a man of the standing of Trappatoni or indeed the Irish players who paid respect to the thousands of fans who travelled to support the team, is a measure of what a loathesome self centred bastard he is.
I for one couldn't give a flying fuck what great work he does for charity in his local community, to me he will always be the dirty bastard who played for manure and the traitor who walked out on his country on the eve of the biggest sporting occasion in the world.
