nobody really stands out for me who i'd really want us to sign for a dm but so long as he loves the ugly side of the game and he has a winning mentality that would do just fine.

i wasn't impressed with Sneijder at the Ec. and we don't need another ball player/free kick specialist, we need a destroyer/ disrupter in the mould of paddy, petit, makele, parlour, frimpong, m'vila who has the knack of passing forward rather than sideways or back.
i'd still take vertonghen even though he has been enthusiastic about joining the scum. I understand that's cos he wants a starting place as CB not RB which was his fear about The Arsenal.
Tevez. don't want him. Dzeko and Silva would be a fine swap for RvP.

if rvp does stay then i dont think sneijder and van persie work that well together saw in an interview rvp basically saying he dnt pass the ball either.
with u clockender we need someone to break the game up and just play the game as simple as possible and also keep the shape of the team. cant see us getting vertonghen though i wouldnt have a major problem if he came.
