EURO 2012 KNOCKOUT ROUNDS

Don't like the player, his attitude but, fair dues, when you need to step up in a big game he's done it (few Arsenal players take note)....hat's off to Mario

Is the german cascarino playing ?? :?   I've said it before and I will say it again......gomez is absolute shit and is not technically good enough to play at the highest level and has the mobility of an old barge boat
If the germans are to have any chance then they are gonna have to bring in klose who is a natural striker and goal poacher. The guys on rte, including chippy brady, are absolutely hammering podolski's performance and are calling for him to be subbed - he hasnt played well but then again what german has ?

Bit early to say so but I did tip Italy as my dark horses before euro's started 8)

cant believe how poor germany played after they conceded. still think the germans can get back into this they need a kick up the ass though and gomez has to be subbed :!:

This is the first I've really seen of Podolski and I'm hugely underwhelmed. The tournament has totally passed him by :?

He's ultra conservative in everything he does. Still, maybe he's been asked to be a team player and play a no frills support role?

No matter.International tournaments can be misleading.

Podolski has been non-existent in this tournament. Very disappointing.

I know many don't like him but I really rate Balotelli, if he can sort out his antics he could become world class as he's, what? 20-21?

I agree..Mario has stepped up in a big game (disliking the personality and all that). Now slightly confident my office sweep pick might pay out. Only £20, but a couple of cheeky drinkable reds maybe
