A little help? Well I think at least 90 percent of his votes came from Arsenal fans!http://www.101greatgoals.com/blog/arsen ... e-prem-xi/
Ledley King won Thursday’s poll with 41.04% of the vote as we put together our central defensive pairing. He is partnered by Sol Campbell who, after a slow start in the vote, gathered pace (with a little help from across North London…) to finish second with 37.89%, ahead of Gary Mabbutt on 10.51%. So we have two Spurs home-grown players at centre-half.

Yeah, cos no Arsenal fan has ever wished that on Ashley have they? Think before you post.clockender1 wrote:spuds wonder why people call them scum, but say nothing to the idiot on there who says he hopes sol dies of AIDS.
I just can't imagine any Arsenal fan ever wishing a spud player would die of AIDS let alone put on a public website.

You've obviously never been to a game against the Chavs.clockender1 wrote:really ?Chippy wrote:Yeah, cos no Arsenal fan has ever wished that on Ashley have they? that's shameful
i have. where i sat/stood in the clock end we mainly laughed at them . i don't remember much venom, not of that sort anyway.Chippy wrote:

It's changed for the likes of Cashley, Adebaywhore, and Nasri. Some of the stuff aimed at them is pretty harsh, and I've sat in the Family Enclosure for the last 10 years.clockender1 wrote:i have. where i sat/stood in the clock end we mainly laughed at them . i don't remember much venom, not of that sort anyway.Chippy wrote:

i've not been to the Grove yet cos i emigrated here to Boston in 2005. i've always thought of us as more piss takers rather than nasty, and unlike many other fans able to laugh at ourselves, and generally be a bit silly. has that changed ?
Well you obviously sit in a more gentile bit of the ground than the FE. I've heard all sorts of shit, including aids and cancer shouted at those 3.rigsby wrote:Nobody has wished aids on Cole, or Nasri for that matter.
The Adebayor song could be seen as being extremely harsh, but football has always had vicious songs aimed towards players.
Maybe they were just raising awareness of these serious diseases, or doing a bit of fundraising?Chippy wrote:Well you obviously sit in a more gentile bit of the ground than the FE.
