Are you watching this Arsenal ? - it's pretty sad that 14/15 years ago we were football's innovators again, and now we're being left behind as other clubs put in place multi layered management of football operations, like City and like Ajax who despite their tradition of 'total' footballers who can play any position now have specialist coaches for defence, attack, fitness and set pieces.
If a legend like Frank De Boer can see the need to delegate to let him concentrate on coaching the Godenzonen, why can't Arsene and the board ????

why would he? if he wants a comparable club in terms of league/competing, then he's got a shitload to choose from. And if he wants the cash, then he has that choice too!
