Now the Champions League thread

Post by Chips and Chocolate »

Alright travelling lads, who do you want next year in the group stages?
I won't make any away game outside of the UK until January so I'd like us to get one of the two Scottish clubs Motherwell (Fir Park looks tasty) or Celtic!
Juventus in the last 16!

Pot 2: Valencia or Schalke
Pot 3: Ajax or Juventus
Pot 4: PSG or Celtic

If we draw any of those teams, I will probably try to get tickets for the away game. :barscarf:

Been to Italy twice recently so wouldn't mind going somewhere else. Maybe one of the German or Spanish teams. Although I'd imagine tickets would be hard come by for a German team.

Out of the clubs already qualified:
Pot 2: Schalke or Benfica
Pot 3: Olympiakos or Ajax
Pot 4: PSG, Dortmund or Nordsjælland

That's the problem with him needing it to be kept on a low table - if the midget mod was the normal height of a man of his age then he could keep the laptop away from his kids by putting it up high

That would be my ideal draw - get the fcuk out of a competition that we have no hope of winning and leave us free to concentrate on the league where I envisage us having a real battle to get top 4. It would also free us up for a run at the fa cup which would be a cup that we could win if wenger doesn't insult us all by putting out our reserves again

celtic was a quality draw back in '09, wouldn't mind it again. maybe a german side like schalke or a dutch team like twente :barscarf:
