Controversial Arsenal views

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Until you posted this I did not realise that he was from Slough. Did he go to Holy Joes? Born and raised in Slough unfortunately. :D

I was a friendly hitchhiker who rained on Slough whilst trying to hitch to Glastonbury
moral of the story - dont take black mates hitchhiking
London - Glasto took 24 hours, we're actually thinking of recreating the journey
not sure I want to spend so much time on a Slough traffic island (it had a big pub on it - people poured out for a fight at 11ish)

Probably Salt Hill as that's near an M4 junction. Surprised a black guy met a problem as Slough is 75% immigrant.

i like glenn helder,i thought he had great pace and directness that helped us at the time and at times his final ball did come off.Overmars and Pires are still underated today.stefan schwarz was a great player and really helped our team with his quality,i was sad to see him leave after 1 year to valencia.manninger was the best replacement for seaman still to this day.Ian wright should have stayed with us for at least another season.Vivas was a brute.Wenger is stubborn with major transfers in all honesty.i really hope rvp leaves and we get 20mil at least.i miss david dein at arsenal.eboue shouldnt have been sold, and reyes shouldnt have been sold.Ian selly legend, bergkamp should have been forced to european away matches more.

but Vivas cost us the league v Leeds and Helder was good about twice
I met him in a nightclub loo and tried to shake hands - he asked me to wash mine first

Controversial views.... ok I'll have a go :D

Both Augie and DB10 are loudmouth moaning fuckwits, with at best a pub gobshite "knowledge" of football, neither has the brains to acknowledge any other point of view other than their own (miss-guided) ramblings

The hero worship of these fools makes me sick :D

Oh.... you mean the Arsenal.... ok I'll try again.

Santos is a joke footballer, the worst player I have seen in 40 years (yes I am that old) He is utter tripe (maybe not even that good )

All things considered, our defence isn't actually that bad.

I miss Eboue...

I hope we get rid of Walcott...

RvP despite carrying us at times last season I still think he is overrated...

Sagna overrated
