anyone had problems with their away points? have 17, couldnt get liverpool online so belled the box office and I was told I only have 14! Never had this problem before but a mate of mine had similar problems with stoke. piss take

They may have adjusted your points for the new season. I think they only last for the previous two seasons. The ones I had for 2009-2010 have been deducted from my account.

I lost all my away points as I just got a season ticket. I guess you got a ticket as this was on sale to me today with 0 away points which I wasn't expecting.

How do away points work for season ticket holders, when I brought away tickets as a red member 1 point was automatically added to my account. But I haven't been given 1 for my Liverpool ticket.

I think that you keep your away points for 3 seasons. At the start of the 4th season....you lose your oldest season away points....it's on a three season cycle.
Re; getting the away point for Liverpool away...on our season tickets the points only get allocated to our "account" once we pick up our away tickets from the emirates box office, so maybe you won't get the credit until the box office actually has the tickets from Liverpool.
