What's gone to this *word censored*'s head? Might as well join the fucking heebs!

What an absolute snake he's turned out to be. Wish we'd gotten rid when he was injured. Wenger is way too nice to scum who end up walking all over him in the end.

You've been here 8 years, you've captained Arsenal, you've seen how much we hate that club and their wanky fans, you've witnessed the injustice of that defeat that ended our glorious unbeaten run, you've seen the battles, you've seen the hatred infront of your scumbag eyes. And now you want to join them? How dare you...how fucking dare you.
Sol Campbell.

The thing with all this 'indignation' is that there's no consistency about it!!

I honestly could no longer give a fukk whether rvp goes to utd or not. Utd point scoring off us in this way isn't really an issue any more, they have set their stall out as a club with ambition where as we have bent over ours and been fukked up the ass by all comers over the last 4 or 5 seasons.
Rvp's decision, I believe was made against that very opposition last season, when he must have lost count of the number of times he had finished on a losing Wenger team, outwitted by Fergie, and on that occasion in the most comical of circumstances, as Wenger took off his most effective player when Arsenal were in the ascendancy to all but hand victory to utd.
I have no doubt that having a chance to play for a manager with Fergie's tactical ability has influenced his decision, particularly having been on the receiving end of it on so many occasions.
Rvp's desire to play for utd whilst galling, is hardly surprising.

IMO when he made that ill-judged statement he thought Barca, Real, Juve and AC would all be competing with Shitty and ManUre for his signature
I believe his #1 choice would be Barca (said he wanted to play for Arsenal + Barca when at Feyenoord, Cesc is there, theyre the best club team in the world)
and that he would rather have gone abroad and retained some respect from Arsenal fans

who knows what goes on behind closed doors
but if he goes to Manchester then like Frank Scumpleton he will be forever reviled in North London

Sol Campbell.
What about him?

Yes he's a bonafide *word censored* to all Spurs fans.

Rule number one of any decent team is never sell to a domestic rival. Rule number one at Arsenal is sell any player to any team.

RVP gets booed when he comes back to our place, oh well, I'm sure that'll really get to him when he wins trophies and his goals might actually count for something. If he does go can we at least not stoop so low as to have a whole scum fans and Sol Campbell thing, it'll just make us look even more small-time than our board and manager.

the not selling to domestic rivals things seems to apply more here than on the continent - loads of top players play for every big SerieA team. Figo and Luis Enrique played for Barca and Real...

all those sides do OK, if you think the opposition are willing to commit more of their budget to a player than he's worth
then no matter how good he is - they are in real terms weakened (if your judgement proves right)

I think you'll find that move almost sparked a civil war.

post Figo there was some throwing of stuff a la Sol Campbell but so what
Barca are still a great club - the Galactico's never dominated the league
big money signings are a gamble

Not by me he wont be - I will be disappointed for sure and I wont welcome him back to the grove in the same way I did PV4 or the same way I will greet cesc's return (sure to happen imo) but I will applaud the guy anyway unless he acts the c**t on the pitch against us.
Re your stapleton comparison I think that it is two totally different scenario's - that dublin c**t left us when we had been in 3 fa cup finals in a row and reached the cup winners cup final too but he went to a team of c**ts that were further away from success than we were which suggests that it was all about the ££££ for him

Someone call for a Dublin *word censored*? :cake:

:D

RVP for me is an ungrateful mercenary bastard. But so what, 90% of modern footballers are. RVP gave our club ONE outstanding season and spent the other 7 on his arse with "niggling" injuries getting paid a fortune. Fuck him.

Stapleton was/is a fucking money grubbing bandwagon jumper of the lowest order. Prick.
