Happy with him going if we get somebody in to replace him. As much of a liability as he can be, fuck relying on Wilshere and Diaby's fitness (or Diaby's ability).

What's worrying though is how highly Wenger regards Song and yet knows he's powerless to stop him leaving. What if they'd bid for TV5 or Kos instead (they were rumoured to be interested)?

Start of the summer we wanted rid of Fat Andy, Barry, Chamakh, average Al,Flappy and less than 24hrs till the new season starts we sell 2 players that created a few of our goals last season and despite his erraticness and sometimes out and out shitness Song did a job of sorts defensively.

But hooray Barry's got a squad number, Chamakh talking about how the dutchman leaving is an opportunity for him, Flappy's doing interviews about how he's going to challenge Ches(Yeah only if Ches is dead mate!!) and Fat Andy will be given more chances to not bother putting a shift in.

Is there any reason to be sober watching the Arsenal this season...I think not   :banghead: :banghead:

Nearly stopped reading till I saw the next bit...screw his fitness. Diaby's an enigma wrapped up in an idiot.

We are now a feeder club NB123 nothing else. The yank is asset stripping us like Gordon flipping Gecko(apologies to non 70s kids who don't have a clue who that is)

Song going makes up for a lot imo.
Bendy going will make me smile too.
Wenger had better make a few more signings, and very soon.

Yeah, the fact he's not actually any good compounds an already shit situation. His temperament stinks and he is so fucking careless in possession. As I'm pretty tall already I'm quite tempted to black up, shave my head and waltz into London Colney spreading whispers that I'm the new PV4 because I share a passing resemblance to him, and then wait to see if the club pay me millions to do fuck all.

But when are people going to get the picture? If you thought Wenger's planning last summerwas spectacularly retarded, this summer's is even worse!

Transfer window is open

I dont think any of the players we sold Shitty were key to their league success
Think we finished higher than we have since Clichy's first season

obviously we've been 'close', toward the end of a season I've been sitting in the MatthewHarding celebrating a Luiz winner v ManUre more than any of the Chavs ffs
Just last season we went further than them in Europe.
Over that period they have consistently out performed us but your statement is FACTually incorrect

'interrupted' how? Podolski wouldnt even take a squad number until the RVP deal was done. The only 'surprise' is Songs probable departure - a player you could not have slated more, can't even be bothered to search - I'm sure youve suggested the majority of the DefMids in the league (possibly the world) are better

Babatunde wrote:People say 'oh with Steve Bould in there now'. Uh huh. Steve Bould has been coaching the younger ones for a while now and remind me how many quality efenders have come out of that? Or have you ever seen our youth teams defend? Wow it's scary.

Bould is there because he will be the new Pat Rice. Anyone thinking otherwise is dreaming.

On the eve of a new season, Wenger is more preoccupied about making a quick buck here and there than organizing a quality team.
he decided Songs attitude (+agent?) wasnt right and shipped him out
if thats the case its a good decision. Surprising you're willing to slate Bould already.

Will be stunned if this comes off seeing as the Portuguese tosser and Aw can't stand each other, and he's be strengthening us in the champs league. More likely to go to his mate Rodgers in car-stereo;knicking land or join AVB at the scum...on a side note wtf is up with AVB's voice he did not sound that gravelly last year :?
