franksav63 wrote:Always makes me laugh when going through this thread when the AKB's suddenly come round to not caring about Song's departure, very similar to RVP's departure, they must secretly see it as a total slight against their idol that is Wenger and then resort to abuse...so, what do we have here, players now, no longer wanting to play for Wenger, (have they finally woke up?) a barren 7 year period of fuck all, (save for a CL Final and a couple of League cup finals, typical Wenger like defeats) record defeats in the league and CL... but it's all ok, we still manage to qualify for the Champions League, every season, wow....and as long as players like WS and Frimpong come out with unbackable chest thumping comments in the press all is good in the world and this makes them ''proper gooners''

Anyway, back to the useless fucker that is Song, this will be the best bit of business ever and I may even doff my cap at Wenger at this deal... please, please let this deal be true..
^All of this and more. Rejoice, rejoice. After seven years of heartache there is finally some good news with the departure of this utter overrated failure. Frankly it feels like winning a trophy knowing that we will never again see this guy wearing an Arsenal shirt. Now just another half dozen or so of his pampered colleagues need to follow him out the door too.

I'm disappointed he's gone as a player - always thought he was much maligned here
happy all of agent DD's clients are gone, allegedly Song was behaving like a knob
understand why he was shipped out

Arsene Wenger the Samaritan. It's good to know Arsene is such a saviour that he helps young kids use our club as a training academy and personally benefits their careers (and bank balances) before buggering off to a serious club!
Arsene must feel such pride when these young boys become men and go off to win trophies elsewhere!!! Such pride!
What a man our egotist jester corporate French manager is! Just check this quote!!!

"Yes he’s going to Barcelona," he told Sky Sports.

"He’s another good player that leaves us and there’s two things you feel always that you did your job, that we take these boys at 17 years of age and we’ve influenced their career in a positive way.

"The second is at their peak you sometimes lose them but we’ve got plenty of midfielders and we still might bring somebody in.

Arsene what a man.

Don't forget his tendency to gift points to shit teams. You can always play yourself back into form if you're playing Arsenal over the last few years.

As ever, confusing quantity with quality - I assume he is referring to the footballing giants that are Diaby and Ramsey?!

The over-analysis is fucking amazing sometimes!! I don't know what people are expecting the manager to say. I really don't.

We'll sign a replacement and everyone knows we will.

I agree Kimowya. Just as I was a nonce for claiming RVP would leave...
