It's not a simple choice tho is it, you're not just giving up a seat, the club obviously don't hold the lifeblood of the club in high regard.Red Member wrote:Simon wrote:Bear in mind season ticket holders don't have a choice![]()

season ticket holders have more choice than anyone!
if they were stupid enough to pay more money to watch games up to a year in advance to thesethen that is their problem. I have no sympathy with season ticket holders at all.

Stan Kroenke has a track record of this. he does not care if his sports franchises lose fans, all he is bothered about is that just enough fans attend so that he can make his profits.
ask any american who supports one of Kroenke's teams and they will tell you that the only way to hit Kroenke is to not pay for tickets.

If you think its as easy to give up as that youre more of an idiot than i thought you were after the last few days of inane posts. Football is like an addiction you might not like everything thats going on but to give it all up is hard. I just wish i had the spare cash to have a season ticket and i want Wenger and the board out but id snap one up if i could.Red Member wrote:Simon wrote:Bear in mind season ticket holders don't have a choice![]()

redwumber: This is what I think of your opinion:
"Ydych yn arogli o pidyn cachu a puteiniaid diferu gwain"
why not use google translate (welsh into english)?

read this article and then my comment on it and then ask yourself whether you still want a season ticket.

Prolly a spanner who nicks beermats from the boozers outside and chews on them in the ground before KO.

Re: What a diffence a year makes !!!
Does anyone know that if as season ticket holders we don't use up all our 7 cup credit games... say we go out early in the F.A. Cup and the C.L. early.... what price are the club going to refund the remainding tickets back as? As I bet they refund all unused cup credits back as a Cat C so they make even more money...

Re: What a diffence a year makes !!!
I think they just take an average price. i.e a 26th of your season ticket price x number of games missed. However when we had too many games a few seasons ago these were charged at whatever the price of the ticket was. I believe it was Cat A as naturally we were in the latter stages of the relevant cup.franksav63 wrote:Does anyone know that if as season ticket holders we don't use up all our 7 cup credit games... say we go out early in the F.A. Yes, but a grey area that they can, and will, exploit to their own greedy gain.!!!!SantaPoldi wrote:I think they just take an average price. i.e a 26th of your season ticket price x number of games missed. Re: What a diffence a year makes !!!
Dont like season ticket holders gettin called mugs etc on here, an Arsenal forum ffs.
Noone hates Wenger more than me and I'm as dissatisfied as anybody with the way the fans are being treated , ticket prices etc. But to blame season ticket holders like thay are somehow to blame for the clubs "lack of direction", look down on them as fools, and dis them on here is intolerable imo.
If a certain wum feels like that then stay away from CL nights too ffs. Its hypocritical to slag off season ticket holders for paying their hard earned cash up front to attend games while you too attend games?
You're a mug cause you pay in advance and line Kronkes pockets but I'm not a mug cause I only go to CL nights!
Something doesn't sit right with me there. This bothers me more than anything else the wum posts and it probably deserves a warning more than anything else he/she's said.
For lots of people football is so much more than just the game. Meeting friends, family. Going for a drink, a meal. Some only see eachother on matchdays. Its about relationships, habits, smells, sounds, walking to the ground together etc, etc. Its what they do. Who they are.
Its just not as simple as - "you are a mug for lining Kronkes pockets". Its much more complicated
Anyway thats my 2 cents.
