Welcome new posters

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

After my graduate, I moved straight to London from Sweden. Been living in North London since then."wait till we´ve paid off the stadium and we´ll have the final laugh :blah: "
No sarcasm though, I believe Wenger knows.

For me, Onlinegonner is a great place to receive info and thoughts about whats going on inside and outside the club. It´s also a good place to trade tickets :typing:

Favourite player: Freddie Ljungberg.

Come on you Gunners!

Fairplay, that is what I call dedication to the cause. :barscarf:

Welcome all...remember 6 years ago when one man and his moblie phone was on here. You don't know how great it was when a new post was made

Just remember that all views are welcome...other than those which are wrong. :-P

And if all else fails, start a vanity thread.

Always good to have newbies posting as without new impetus the debates go stale and the same old points of view get aired time and time again.

So welcome all and post as much as you like. :D :barscarf:

I developed a reputation as a WUM because I was considered too optimistic this time last season.
Yeah, that's why.

Not because you spoke about getting booze at Champions League games ,
Not because you were raving about Denilson,
Not because you change your opinions of all things Arsenal more frequently than I change my socks,
Not because you said we lost 8-2 at OT because we had already played our big game that week.

Yeah, because you were positive. That's why you have been (100% correctly) labelled as a fucking troll.

Hello everyone

Reasonably new posted on here (less than 6 months) though I've been reading the forums for a while.

Lived in London since the early 90s and been a fan of AFC since 1999. Went to my first game at Highbury in the 2000-1 season, a tame 2-1 home loss v Leicester in the League Cup. Next year was my first year at uni, and I went to a few home games over the next 3 years, and also went to quite a few away games too (was a member of the travel club back then and at uni in the North East) and came back to London in 2004 and lived there since. Lived over a few places - Canary Wharf, Kilburn, and currently in central London (though will probably move in with my bird next year and she lives in East London). This is my second year as a season ticket holder :barscarf: :barscarf:

Otherwise, I just turned 30, work as a recruiter and drive a rather fast Saab 9-5 :barscarf: :barscarf:

Let's not forget his ridiculous claim that Song and Theo are "world class players".

Welcome newbies, run while you can

If you choose to stay remember the ground rules

1. Always read Red Member's posts 3 times, if you find you still agree with them raise your right hand in the air, slap yourself, then move on to the next post

2. As posted earlier, if in doubt start a vanity thread

3. Don't take any sweets from KJ

4. Make sure you read Baba's posts in the correct tense (note how he uses "Arsenal's fans" rather than "us" or "we")

5. Tit gif's are always welcome if you feel people might not agree with your point first time round, you'd be surprised how lively a debate supporting Wenger can get when there's a pert pair in the paragraph below

Good luck!

I'd also like to say that Bournemouths idea of new posters posting pictures of hot girlfriends (or hot aunties for us that remember steary) is heartily encouraged :barscarf:

Yeah, that's why.

Not because you spoke about getting booze at Champions League games ,

this was actually taken out of context but I am not going to bother to correct people who are unable to read properly
Not because you were raving about Denilson,
when we last had a good start to the season Denilson was one of the stars when we beat Everton away 6-1 on the opening day of the season in 2009. How times change...
Not because you change your opinions of all things Arsenal more frequently than I change my socks,
actually I don't. I have an opinion and stick with it. Last season I was convinced from September that we would finish top 4 and said so. then I said that we had a great opportunity to improve the squad by automatically qualifying for CL. From that RVP coffee morning in May it was obvious that we were going to blow that opportunity so have slated the board ever since

Not because you said we lost 8-2 at OT because we had already played our big game that week.
I still stand by that. If you don't agree then I respect your view
Yeah, because you were positive. That's why you have been (100% correctly) labelled as a fucking troll.
I was positive, I'm not now. What's your problem?
