We will finally play with eleven men again!

the replacement is already there - Gervinho
would you seriously want him over Walcott? (11 goals and 13 assists last season)

and as for Kroenke not being to blame - of course he is! :banghead:
1) we did not sell our top players at this rate and so late in the transfer window before he arrived - if Walcott goes then that is RVP, Cesc, Nasri, Song and Walcott all out of the door in just over a year
2) these players are not being adequately replaced anymore because we can't compete or show no sign of wanting to compete in the transfer market
3) if Wenger is to blame then why is he still here - because Kroenke hasn't sacked him
4) we over achieved last season because of RVPs goals - without those then welcome to the Europa League at best. We didnt have to endure that before Kroenke but we will have to now

OX, Rosicky, Benayoun (pls come back), Gervinho, Diaby up there - even the likes of Eisfield and Ryo coming throgh making waves - all players id pick above Theo. Not saying they are great players - but they are better than him. Im an "optomist" but im not blind too poor players - if Theo wasnt English nobody would even care.

Theo provides no work rate, no balance and his goal record isnt that great - often gets braces against poor teams. Too Inconsistent, too willing to go missing. Sagna has to do so much work to get him out of jail. Im absolutely delighted by this, i really hope he goes.

What about going for Alan Dzagoev? Or are we done with Russians now? Just a thought.

For one second do you not think Kronke is behind this and the only thing Wenger is doing wrong is not speaking up about it.
Why is it Kroenke? Im no Kroenke fan but this firesale of our best players has been going on for 5 years or more but Kroenke has only owned the club for 18 months... Hows it him? Also Wenger has one of the best reps in world football (whatever we all think of him) why would he stick around if players and decisions were being made above him with him being made to look more and more inept season after season? He wouldnt!!! He could have pretty much any job in world football but no he stays with us and its because he is in it up to his eyeballs and is complicit with every decision

Spot on.
Quote from Wenger 12 months ago:
" I have complete authority and I am involved in all decisions. I work in dream conditions"

It's one thing saying nothing but going out your way to state how happy you are?
Wenger has been mismanaging this club for far too long for Kroenke to get the blame. If anything Kroenke should be getting stick for letting Wenger have so much power. £12 mil blown on Gervinho, that new Diaby contract, £12 mil on Giroud, the money wasted on rubbish like Santos...
Arsenal spent over £48 million on players last summer. The problem was, they were on the whole, crap.

RVP leaving is down to Wenger surrounding him with rubbish, just as he did with Cesc for years, mismanaged Diarra and Flamini, the way he couldn't handle Adebayor.

He's an awful awful man manager, shit tactician, wins fuck all.
What he now is, is a top accountant and scout for Manchester. That's it.
1 more year of this rubbish post this season!

It makes me wonder if it is a deliberate club policy to let the contracts run down then if players don't sign the club can state "their hands were tied".
Not bothered about Theo going (if he does) he has flattered to deceive for absolutely years now. No doubt he will be great against us as we will give him loads if space to gallop into.

Theo Walcott - Yes or No

Post by OneBardGooner »

Simple and straightforward: Do you want Theo Walcott to remain a Arsenal player.

Yes or No.

.
of course it is.
what bothers me now is that Wenger appears to be fully involved in the cover ups as much as anyone else.
but basically Kroenke is asset stripping the club. He remains the main person to blame as without him gone you won't see the back of Wenger. All this talk of him going in 2014 is total rubbish. He will stay as long as he wants.

So who was asset stripping before Kroenke bought the club out?

Yes and we were linked to him during the euros but the price quoted at that stage was around 8m cos his contract was running out in November or December so I don't know if he signed a new contract since cos the price seems to have doubled :? :o

I remember Wenker saying he would eventually move Walcott into the middle - as an attacking forward.....he has not kept his promise...whenever Walcott has been in that position/area of the play he has done good.....I think he will leave...He has been greatly affected and dismayed at the departure of rvp......I honestly think - as much as he can prove frustrating he will improve in his consistency and ability if given the chance to come in off the flank/s.

it's wenker's fault this situation has been allowed to arise. :banghead: :cussing:
