Unfortunately for us fans, there will be a few seasons in the doldrums, out of the CL places, fighting with Everton and Newcastle for 6th place, and the League cup being our only realistic hope of a trophy.....until Usmanov gets in and injects a large pot of money.
I just don't agree with this. Manchester clubs are miles ahead of us and if Chelsea keep up anything like their early season form then they'll be 3rd. BUT Liverpool are shite, Newcastle are not going to repeat last season's performance as teams are more wary, which leaves only Spurs who have the same stale squad as last year minus Modric and Kaboul for 4 months (although they might well strengthen the players they're likely to sign are hardly going to be worth 15 points a year or whatever). I'm not saying I'm happy about it or that it's all we should be aiming to achieve but for me we are still overwhelming favourites to finish top 4. Say what you like but we're in better shape than this time last year, and Spurs are in worse shape.

And the Gunners chief says he is planning on making more signings - but only if the right player becomes available.

"I am relaxed. If we find a top, top, top player we will do it. We are working hard," he said.

What an absolute wanker!!! :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

So we will go into the last day with it all to do.

What a joke of a club, wonder how long it will take for Wilshere to break down once it's shut.

If this is accurate then we might have the extra £5.50 needed to secure the services of another 17 y/o French/African wonderkid.
There. all transfers will then be concluded. :banghead: :banghead:
And you were wondering why some want the transfer thread closed mate...it just gets more and more depressing every day....we all know Wenger is a skintflint...and becuase we all love The Arsenal we keep hoping some new players (of quality - like Cazorla) will bebrought in - even though it is hope beyond hope - because we care so much we keep doing so.

I don't like using the term "Hate"...but I really am beginning to feel real Hatred for those who are running our club:

kroenke, the board (all *word censored*) and wenker...even some of the (dross) players. :banghead: :cussing:  :suicide:
