Bendtner; The Leg-end

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I would say 2 years minimum. Fairly sure Bender was one of the raft of shite to get a "long term contract" 2 years ago. Assuming long term contract is a minimum of 4 years, possibly 5 then he's got a couple still to run.

Another 2 years apparently. Amongst all the dissatisfaction of other clubs signing good players and us inevitably signing nobody the fact this clown might not actually leave has been swept under the carpet a bit.

This has probably already been mentioned but it seems he is set to go to Juve for a season long loan.

What I love is the brutal truth from Juve's sporting director
"Bendtner is not the high-profile striker we were hoping to sign, but it's a chance we had to take in a difficult market like this"

Don't rate him but don't really feel like celebrating when we haven't got a fee for him and will go through the same thing next year, not to mention that it leaves Chamakh as our cover up front.

At least when someone gets Herpes - It's because they had a least a few moments of enjoyment - whereas with bendy bollox he's just CRAP...good riddance let's hope he does NOT return!

Delighted to see that after donning his cape to single handedly thwart a blackmail plot (is there no end to this man's talents? http://uk.eurosport.yahoo.com/blogs/wor ... 15773.html ) Nicklas has boarded a plane and joined one of the world's elite clubs. 28 league titles, 2 european cups and now Denmark's best ever player upfront. Having destroyed Man City last season, this year he shall destroy AC Milan. After representing both Arsenal and Sunderland with distinction, I think it is fair to say we will all wish him the very best of luck (not that he needs it) in his Italian venture and look forward to closely following his progress

In tonight's Evening Standard the headline is "Juventus tell Bendtner: You're too fat to play"

Also former Juventus midfielder Alessio Tacchinardi said of their new forward "I will not say Bendtner is a bad player but he does not help improve Juventus either"

Don't these people know who Bendy is
