Like Wenger, I have the mental strength, spirit and togetherness to overcome such things.OneBardGooner wrote:6602. arseofacrow

6603. RvP (worrying how many times he's going to be on here this season
)
6604. Paul Scholes. All he has to do is be in the vicinity of a football game and he gets hailed as changing/running the game and being the best player ever to walk the earth. Ginger prick.

Yeah, for all his so called brilliance - he's never learnt how to tackle properly...one eyebrowed *word censored*northbank123 wrote:6603. RvP (worrying how many times he's going to be on here this season![]()

Don't get me wrong, I think Scholes possesses some fantastic attributes and watching him tear apart Bolton, Wigan, QPR etc etc at home is highly impressive. Thing is, even most United fans didn't used to mention him as one of the greatest centre mids in the PL era, most opting to idolise Keane instead. In the last few years and especially since coming back from retirement, he's shown he's miles off the pace against the likes of City, Liverpool and Spurs and is a flat track bully, yet is now often touted as one of (if not the) best player to play in the league.OneBardGooner wrote:Yeah, for all his so called brilliance - he's never learnt how to tackle properly...one eyebrowed *word censored*northbank123 wrote:6603. Now that's what really pisses me off. The commentators will crucify most bad tackles, but if it's this Ginge crunt then they just have a laugh about it and say something along the lines of "It Scholes, he doesn't know how to tackle" so does that make it less of a bad tackle?OneBardGooner wrote:Yeah, for all his so called brilliance - he's never learnt how to tackle properly...one eyebrowed *word censored*northbank123 wrote:6603.
