weekend games

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Think they should buy another keeper to at least give him some competition.
Well and I'd buy at least a third centre back but then again have I ever worked one day in football?

Didn't realise Rodgers had already complained to the authorities about refereeing decisions? Fucking Victim culture or what?

Pulis also being a dick as per. Don't like diving any more than anybody else and Suarez is a perennial cheat but does he really expect the FA to dish out a 3-game ban whereas a (supposedly) competent ref would have punished it with a yellow? Only he could shamelessly whinge about opponents' discipline when they had 6 players booked.

As big a fan as I am of the guy, tonight I have to say that cesc was utter shite  :( To me it looks like he seems to be more obsessed with completing passes rather than passing with any great plan or strategy and so many of his passes were misplaced  He didnt look a happy guy when he was subbed but cant say if he wasnt happy with his own performance or not happy being subbed - if it was the latter he should be grateful that he was left on the pitch for as long as he was

Can I just say, yet again, that there is no doubt in my mind that david villa is a player that is gettable if we want to buy him - yet again tonight he was on the bench and this time he never even got brought on. He is now behind cesc, pedro, sanchez and messi for the forward positions and he is far too good to be sitting on any teams bench
