Only in Baba's world. Since we've been exchanging messages Diaby's wages have gone up by another 5k. He must be on at least £300k per week now.

Feckkk is Deschamps mick McCarthy's ugly gimp brother!?...Feck he IS one ugly mother F*cker!
Brilliant, another arrogant jumped-up twat managing an international team.

Saying that Wenger goes about things completely the wrong way. Giggs went 9 years without playing a friendly whilst being international captain and being theoretically available for every one. Ferguson has managers (just like the media) bent over, although Wenger doesn't wield that power I sense that a bit of dialogue might be a bit better than whingeing in the press.

And blaming Deschamps entirely for Diaby crocking himself again is a bit drastic. We all knew it was coming, and besides Wenger didn't have to play him against Chelsea.

Trophy’s Silverware Titles all cost money!! loads of money that Arsenal just haven’t got. Chelsea, ManCity and just look at ManU now losing money hand over fist.
We’ve got to forget about winning titles and just concentrate on watching good football. RVP £200,000 a week? Leave it out!!

We need change I would love wenger just to get a proper keeper of which we have not had since Seaman. Why does he refuse to buy experience even if it's for a few seasons?

We had the best out of Wenger time for change. Now we need to get a billionare takeover and a new manager. Even if Wenger had the money he would still be getting kids and unknowns. I'm tired of unknowns with potential give me names to get excited about. Not since Bergkamp have a felt that thrill from a signing and excitement that the paying fans deserve.

Thank you Arsene for giving me the best years of Arsenal but it's time for a new beggining. You can only re-build teams a number of times before you start ruining the foundations and I fear that is whats happening to the club we love. :(

To be fair Wenger got asked about some pretty bad personal abuse he suffered today and he just shrugged it off, and even refused to talk about it when the reporter pressed the issue. Whatever you think of the guy he carries himself very well in the light of having to put up with thousands of morons every other week up and down the country chanting vile things at him, especially when the FA and the respective clubs completely ignore it.

You can bet your fucking bottom dollar Ferguson or Redknapp would make a huge fuss if they got one fifth of the abuse Wenger does.

Do you suspect that Wenger has long given up on project youth now. This summer he's bought three experienced international players who have all made a contribution to the team. In the case of Cazorla, probably one of the shrewdest signings Wenger has made in recent times. The spuds are having kittens over Dembele but hes not fit to lace Cazorla's boots.

It is much more difficult to win trophies than it was 10 years ago, in those days we only had to get past manure. Now its Chelski and City, even the spuds are starting to compete. The team seems to have much more spirit than it did a few years ago, all the tossers have now left. Last season no doubt losing fab and nasri shook our team to the core and we nearly imploded but this season the newcomers seem to have plugged the void left by RVP. For me its more satisfying seeing goals coming from all areas of the pitch.

I don't think we will be world beaters anytime soon but we are starting to look like a team with a few more shrewd signings will compete. And that's good enough for me, i've supported Arsenal long enough to know we don't have a devine right to win things. All the plastics and JCL's can fuck off and support chelski as far as I am concerned.

I do agree with that 100%. I would like to know how those Spurs fans were arrested for homophobic taunting of Sol Campbell when he was at Portsmouth, and yet its deemed perfectly acceptable to stand there singing a song about a guy being a paedophile. The media never focuses on this. Quite rightly racist abuse and homophobic taunting is highlighted and the culprits punished but how much longer can we accept this vile song about Wenger. Whatever we thinkof the guy as a manager he does not deserve to be subjected to that filth from the stands

What is the point of the LMA if not to lobby the FA on issues like that? Problem is if there was a media storm about it then undoubtedly all the managers would bitch and complain that it happens to all of them, whereas not one of them gets anything like the vile and sustained abuse Wenger gets.

Maybe the LMA have to receive a complaint in the first place. Wenger has done well to ignore the chants, so maybe he feels that he will win by rising above the dickheads

I don't think he has given up on project youth at all. I just think he is trying it from a different tact in that if they get a team of winners playing well together it is easier to integrate 1/2 players at a time.
I have always felt that project youth was a necessity more than a Wenger way. In his early years, he still bought/trained/lengthened careers of more experienced players, so it's not the only string to his bow.

It could be argued that if the players he had shown so much loyalty in had repaid him (I'm not saying we had a right to demand that), we would have one hell of a side now.

Obviously he does feel that nothing is to be gained by complaining about it: let's be fair, it's clear that the FA and respective clubs are willing to turn a blind eye, but what kind of fucking trade union are the LMA that they allow one of their longest-serving and highest-profile members to suffer that kind of disgusting abuse several times every season? What the fuck is their purpose if not for stuff like this? I don't blame Wenger for not explicitly complaining because as I've said above if he did then Ferguson, Pulis etc etc would come out and suggest they all receive abuse to the same extent. Which is bollocks.

To cut a long story short, wenger shouldnt have to put up with that disgusting abuse that he gets from other fans but he still needs to be replaced as Arsenal manager - everything else is just window dressing 8)
