I know fans of every team (even United somehow???) feel they're hard done by by refs, but the lack of penalties we've been awarded over the last few years is embarrassing.

As much as I hate RvP one thing he wasn't was a prolific diver, yet he would regularly get brought down and play be waved on. The most ridiculous was at Villa when the full-back (Warnock I think) clattered into him so clumsily that he fell on top of him afterwards with the ball a few yards in front, only for the ref to book RvP for diving. Although the *word censored* only has to ask for a pen now he's gone to United.

I've never really believed the old conspiracy theory stuff with refs until this fat *word censored* came along. He really does have it in for us. The 4-4 at Newcastle was the most bent refereeing display I've ever witnessed with the penalty awarded against Koscielny being the defining moment. How he can award something like that where there was no physical content at all and then just simply turn away from something like the Ramsey incident yesterday defies belief.
