Look back at the responses you gave every time a part of your view was questioned by someone over the past few pages of this thread, and you backed up your subsequent answer to include either verbal hear-say, speculation or just plain bad case examples. No, that's NOT a fact!! This conversation arose over a debate about stubbornness and judgement. Despite what you claimed getting Weah over from Africa (cheaply) to give him the opportunity to make it in a big league was not a sign of stubbornness bearing fruit but more a gamble coming off; Paying £10.5m for a player you already knew about, who had been a striker most of his life and then playing him there and then seeing him reward you within a few months by scoring loads is not Wenger's stubbornness being proven right!!

Or when I picked you up on the Petit remark you said "I meant persisted with playing out of position" as if gooners were scratching their head about the decision due to Petit's poor performances there;

and when DB10 disputed your claim that "people on here have already decided Giroud is rubbish" you brushed that away. Then there are all the references to Song which frankly were pointless because I had already made clear early on that the important question for me was whether he was good enough to help Arsenal win the major trophies. Wenger (and presumably you) thought yes, I and many others thought no.

No, what I said was that it was obvious Weah would have doubts having come from Liberia with only a few matches under his belt, and equally obvious that Wenger would try and give him the confidence that he could make it!! The fact that he gave credit to Wenger for helping him has never been disputed.
