Snow at the bridge

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I went to the old Bridge my friend - the horrible open away end 100 yards from the pitch, in the snow. Lovely.

My last trip to Chavski was in 95 when we lost 1-0 and I was sat with the home fans (thought I was going to die when Dennis hit a shot that Kharine fumbled and I jumped up as I thought it was going in)

I just watched the weather forecast, at 2 o'clock this morning.
The weathermen did a good job when they forecast this three days ago.
It IS going to snow/sleet in London today.
All you lucky people going to the Bridge should put your thermal undies on.

No chance of a ticket for me. So I will be in my lovely warm local pub, from 1.30 onwards, hopefully winding up the local Mancs and Chavs.

Should be good to watch from here.

I shouldn't be too quick to judge though...we're expecting 'possible showers' for the next couple of days...and it was a bit cloudy today.

Fucking snow.

At Easter.

In March.

When after about 6 months of shit weather you hope it improves.

Not at Xmas when you want it.

I fucking hate snow.

Anyway the last white Easter - 1998, remember Blackburn away?
