Biased Match of the Day Tonight Again!

Biased Match of the Day Tonight Again!

Post by goonertux »

Just watched the Spuds game on Match of the Day and where is all the footage of the diving monkey-boy? The editor is definitely a 'Y word'! Multiple dives and a yellow card not shown. Probably won't stay awake long enough for our bore fest though!

Did not see the Spurs game because I was watching ours, but I guess the editors have very little turnaround time from a game ending 9.35pm to going on air 10.45pm.

Yellow card for diving not worthy of being shown? With alll the debate on cheating at the moment, I would have thought so! Anyway, just watched our game and must admit, it looked like a decent away point. Everton look a better, more organized team than us at the moment, so we've got to take anything we can at the moment!!

Worthy of showing for sure, but with limited time to put together highlights things can get missed for innocent reasons.

Is the mnkeyboy going to be the first player in league history to get a one game ban after accumulating 5 yellows for diving before March.

I think he'll probably make it as he's already had 3 for "simulation" and we are only in November

Similarly, on Goals on Sunday they showed the MancFilth highlights but somehow managed to forget to show Young's outrageous filthy cheating dive.

But then the show is co-presented by that fucking arsehole Chris "DO YOU LOVE ME NOW, DADDY?!" Kamara, a "man" that makes a point of kissing the ringpieces of Ubercunts like Old Rednose, Fat Sam, "Hard Man" Pullis (snigger), Notebook Pardew, ex-Scum Poyet, MeltedCheese Face and also slightly retarded buffoons like Ian Holloway...

True. But this isn't about them being against us, it's about them being pro-British. All the news websites had a boner because Feo scored yesterday. Equally, Bale is every bit as bad as Suarez with his diving: he does it as often and for the same reasons. Yet Suarez is one of the biggest hate figures in the history of the PL and Bale is hailed as a model pro and chalked up next to Messi and Ronaldo by some???

I used to. Now I think we get off light tbh. The media could (and possibly should) rip the piss out of us more than they do, given Arsene's mental touchline antics and bizarre arrogant press conference carry on.

But I do think that certain presenters/producers/TV channels (possibly because the person in charge is a fan of a club maybe?) give certain players a free pass. Bale and Young are certainly two of them. Stevie Me and Grannyshagger likewise. These are 4 of the worst serial divers in the game and yet when the media launch one of their monthly witch hunts against a European or South American player that has taken a dive, somehow, miraculously these 4 Ubercunts never get mentioned. Strange that, huh? :|
