Just purchased tickets to the west ham game. do the tickets not usually show up in your "my tickets" folder until they are sent out? I've got confirmation of the purchase and my statement shows I was charged( of course ) but they dont show in my account so to speak. Just wondered if since they dont send tickets out until a week or so before if thats when they'd show up...?

I would say they will appear on your account soon. Not sure you will receive paper tickets for this match. As you are a Silver member, I presume, you will need to bring your cards with you & gain entry using them.
